Location was perfect No fridge in rooms /beds extremely hard/ shower cubicle terrible water do not drain, you stand in water while showering / breakfast included very limited and cold. Free bottled water in room was warm, no fridge to make cold. You cannot speak to front desk Staff because they cannot understand or speak English.

Location is amazing. Staff were super helpful. They did their best to help. Housekeeping was brilliant. Breakfast could be better.

The staff was super friendly and helpful from the first moment. She welcomed as with home made appetizers and explained very well the surroundings. The exceptional points came when in the evening and once at the hotel I realized that I forgot my ipad (for work) in the plane. Not only she called the airline 7 times (did not quit) but also help with the conversation with the airline so the sent back the same night the ipad and she collected from the taxi at midnight so I could have early in the morning. AMAING!! If not for her, i would have not been able to work. I will be always grateful. On the other hand, the hotel we went in the island KhoPangan was terrible and it was also through Booking nothig

Bun is an exceptional hostess and helped us with restaurant recommendations and taxi bookings. She went out of her way to make our stay pleasant. Rooms basic but comfortable and spotless. Highly recommend Ming Shou. Very good value for money.

It is run by a Noble lady who is always helpful. She offered to call a taxi at reasonable rate (far less than what Grab offers) and woke up early in the morning and waited for the taxi to come and apologized for every minute the driver was late. It was like family. Such hotels should be promoted from the heart of hearts ???? Nothing. I liked everything about my stay.
