The location is great being in the center of Phuket Town. Lots of cafes with AC after 9 am. The staff was accommodating, and there are about 4 parking spaces free for guests. It’s relatively quiet. The room was smaller than I expected, so it felt cramped. The first day I kept banging my elbow to bathroom walls as I didn’t expect them to be so close to me.

Super well located. Near restaurants and stores but not too close to be troublesome (noise and traffic). Huuuge bed and super comfortable! Very clean. Polite staff. No elevator, but the staff help with the luggage so it is not an issue. In case you have limitations make sure to contact the hotel to confirm availability on the first floor

Very clean and lovely staff. Very quaint hotel, pretty, set back from road. There was no elevator, easy enough to deal with. They would only issue one key to the room, this was very inconvenient especially since they close the doors around 8:00 pm. Access by key card only. Also no vault for valuables, very very inconvenient,

This Hotel is in a great location, very close to all center attractions. We love the facilities pool and our trip to the James Bond Island from this location (we were picked up no issues). No elevator in the building and pool next to a open market that smelled bad from time to time.

The location is right in the middle of old town but not directly on the main road so that you still have some peace. The staff were also really helpful, especially for booking transportation to the airport. There were some mosquitos here and there, mostly in the hallway. There is also no elevator though the staff was super kind and helped us with our luggage without a second thought. It was only a flight or two, which is more than manageable if you are able bodied.

This is an oasis in a very busy area of Phuket. Just a very short walk to all the shops and restaurants of Old Town Phuket but peaceful and quiet. The pool was an added bonus and it was lovely and super clean. Room was quiet and very comfortable. Everything was spotless. We saw girls constantly cleaning windows floors etc. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you want to check out the old town. Nothing!

Great location in core of old town. Friendly staff. Nice building and pool. Air conditioning on the top floor was not very effective, took a long time (hours) to cool the room down.

The location is ACE. Couldn't have asked for anything better to orient myself to Phuket old town. It was steps away from the walking street so if you happen to be there on a Sunday, your evening is made! The staff is very helpful, polite and cheerful. They are very clear with their directions. The swimming pool is clean and tucked away in a sunny corner. The room was very clean and it had a lovely balcony attached. They don't have in-house restaurants but they offer a one-time 15% discount in the cafe right outside the premises- the name is Couple Cafe. The coffee was good! I'd definitely stay here again primarily for the location and ease. Please note they don't have room service but I didn't see that as a hurdle. They provide kettle, tea and coffee sachets. The only downside is that they don't have a lift and the hotel has 4 floors. I was on the top floor (4th) and though the exercise is welcome, it may be good to emphasize on this point while guests are booking. The toilet had this weird sewage stink that came and went but honestly it didn't bother me much as I was hardly in the room but can be looked into, by the hotel staff.
