The staff are very cooperative! Very Clean ! One has to take off shoes outside before crossing the lobby. Breakfast is good.

I feel welcome at Shunli from the moment we entered until we said goodbye. Ms. Mon and her family are so hard-working as usual and have done a good job to keep everything in track. The hostel is super clean in every corners, the room is big and comfortable. Comfy bed and pillows, not luxury but everything you need is there. The breakfast is excellent and she changed the main courses everyday. The location is close to everything in the Old Town with a short walk, we could enjoy the Chinese New Year atmosphere in this community during our stay with many events and festivals. If you pay by card, 3% fee will be applied (no fees in the last time we stayed). However, we knew it beforehand and prepared cash with us and got no problem. We were almost sleepless one night here because of a lot of firecrackers in the neighborhood at midnight. I was explained by the family that it's the tradition of Chinese-Thai people in the community, they use firecrackers to end the Chinese new year on 9th of the first lunar month. It's not the fault of anyone, just the tradition so be aware if you stay here at Chinese new year event.

The owners/staff were very nice and accomidating. Our room was nice and clean. The breakfast included was good for such a small place. The owners and staff cooked it and it had a decent variety. The location is excellent and close to all in the Old Phuket Town area. Liked it all

The staff was incredibly warm and welcoming, always eager to assist with any questions. The room was spacious and immaculately clean. Although it was a bit of a workout to reach the third floor with luggage, it was all worth it.

Top notch stay. The property was amazingly clean and comfortable. They had even just had the ac units maintenance company there as I was checking in. Very helpful at storing my bags when I needed an early arrival and after my check out. A friend had recommended it and I will certainly recommend it to others. I will definitely be staying here again. It was in an excellent location in Old Town so to loads of great restaurants and coffee shops nearby. I’ve been traveling for a year, loads of hotels, this one is in my top 10. I did have a street side room, but the traffic was minimal because it’s on a one way street.

Super clean, loved the no-shoe-on policy as gives a homes like vibe. The woman who takes care of everything was very kind and positive. And lastly the breakfast area was so cute and warm that I can’t forget it. Nothing.

The stay at Shunli was very comfortable with excellent value for money. We stayed in room 301 which is top floor with a big balcony overlooking Old Town. The hotel is very clean, the staff friendly, and the bed was great. I would happily stay here again. Our only complaint was the breakfast. While it is included in the stay, it's only from 7-9am so we missed it on one day because we slept in until 9:30. On the second day, we made it to breakfast but we were surprised to learn they only offer instant powdered coffee. This was a big bummer. Just a block away is Campus Coffee Roasters, a local coffee shop that offers excellent coffee. It just seems the hotel could purchase coffee from them and offer a french press option. This would be much appreciated to those of us that need a coffee to start the day!

Everything. It’s the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed at. It’s right in the middle of the old town with everything you’ll need is at a walking a distance. The breakfast is great. The bed is comfortable. The staff is very kind and helpful. Highly recommend.

Great property and location. Hosts were amazing! It’s in the middle of the town, a quick walk to all possible locations, very convenient. Rooms were clean. Fresh towels and water bottles every day. Great breakfast.
