Close to town, good facilities in the hotel, pool needs cleaning, room service was fine, corridors are very loud from quests, bathrooms need renovation, staff are friendly, breakfast was fair but most of the food was spicy. Air condition in the hotel was perfect everwhere, internet connection was good. Glass water bottler in the rooms were delicious, Our room A/C was broken , just one call to reception , technicians came and fixed in 2 minutes. Laundry service was expensive. They first do one request to hold room fee from credit card and then do the actual charge. Hold remains for two weeks doesn’t matter that you already checked out. Not a good experience and haven’t seen any other hotel doing this Also, the quality of furniture is not really good

We had missed our ferry to Ko Lanta and had to stay the night here. The location is not great , but our biggest issue was getting a taxi the following morning. The staff were not helpful and it made for a stressful experience. We needed a taxi for an early ferry trip out of Phuket. The staff gave us a list of Apps which we could sign up to .....their policy is that they won't arrange a taxi for their guests. And it is not easy to get one at the hotel because it is not on a main street....I had to have an upsetting argument with the reception staff ( they eventually called one to get rid of us !) .this was the one and only time a hotel did this to me ( ever , I think ) and it was not good.

Overall, pleasantly surprised. Yes it is old, but for the price and location it does the job. The rooms are clean, there are bath ropes and slippers. Bath and powerful shower with good hot water. Nice pool area. Breakfast was well stocked and enough to start your day well. All staff were welcoming.

The hotel was very clean and staff friendly and helpful. Location was very central and accessible to food and shopping areas. Pool was very clean with towels provided and an added bonus. Bed was a little soft for our taste. There was a happy (five in fact) hour but bar was not open too often.
