Amazing stay! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist with anything we needed. The location was great, the facilities were excellent, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations. We felt very welcome throughout our stay and would definitely come back. Highly recommended!

I liked the breakfast and the bed was comfortable. Location was really good. It was a tad bit old wish some things could have been updated. Didnt like that there was no extra water avaliable

I absolutely loved the staff, they were very kind, accommodating,I enjoyed the breakfast. The pool was very nice, small but nice. My room was very clean, very spacious & decorated very beautifully. Only downside was there was a beautiful bathing but hot water did not get very warm.

Nice and clean, spacious, and ice cream machine in the lobby! I am from the US. The staff was very accommodating of my total lack of their language. It was very close to Old Town. Nothing really

Staff was nice to us, good value for money. The breakfast was average. Bad smell from the shower, the ac was too cold, even on 27 degrees, high humidity in the room.

Just 10 minute walk to phuket old town with parking, very service-minded staff Takeaway breakfast is not much impressive

- It is located within walking distance of the old town - The room is well equipped and clean The room is very humid, and you can smell this in the air. Understandably, we went in the Monsoon season; however, I did not particularly notice this in other hotels I stayed in Phuket.

The property itself is lovely, the food is good and location is great. The hotel was empty only a few rooms occupied, yet they wanted to charge us for the 1.5 hours late checkout which was made. Given we ate multiple meals a day at the restaurant and used their laundry service and paid more than 4000 Baht upon checkout as we took 2 rooms.

Musty/mouldy smell in room, I understand it's hard with the humidity however we have humidity in Port Macquarie n I use clove oil which helps with smell.
