Nice position in the old town (away from the party areas), close to nice restaurants and quiet enough. Big room with a nice balcony with clothes hangers, which was handy. Coffee and biscuits are offered in the morning; no actual breakfast. 2 bottles of water are provided per room every day, which is a nice touch. Overall a good value The bed and the pillow were not the best, and the bathroom was very small.

Very, very nice for the price. It was far from most things and a little hard to talk people. By far the worst thing was 4th floor with no elevator and no help.

Hotel lady at the check in could have done better. There was no elevator. Nobody to help us with the luggage. The hotel gave us rooms at the 4th floor. 2 guest were 68 years old.

I loved my stay here: the staff was kind and welcoming, the room was clean and spacious, both the WiFi and AC worked well, and the location couldn’t be better (just a 5-minute walk to Phuket Old Town and right next to the bus terminal). As a solo female traveler, I always felt safe and comfortable. The free breakfast was a lovely bonus too (toast, eggs, coffee/tea, and some tasty local treats if you go down early enough). Highly recommend! No elevator (not an issue for me, but something to keep in mind)

Truly we had a pleasant stay in the hotel. We arrived from airport by bus to old town bus terminal the hotel was just behind which was very convenient and just a few minutes walking distance. Room was very clean and tidy. Front desk lady is such a sweet and lovely lady. She even helped me get some accessories for my smartphone while i was facing some issues. Distance to old town is just 10-15 minutes by walk. No elevator so had to carry luggage myself. On breakfast there was only boiled egg which i wish there was omelette or scrambled eggs
