It’s very clean, it’s more hostel style but it’s clean and the restaurant in the lobby looks amazing. I wanna give shoutout to the guy in the front desk with glasses. He drove us to the airport after the taxi service cancel last minute. Thanks -

The room had no place for bags other than the floor, the bed was against the wall so one had to climb over the other to use the bathroom.

Super comfortable and clean room. Great shower. Has everything you would need for a really affordable price. Staff was super friendly and it’s a great location, near the old town but not in it. The only thing was that it was an internal room and that wasn’t super clear when we booked it. It has a window out to the elevator lobby but would have preferred an outside view.

Family run business. Very helpful and nice people. Restaurant only offered mostly Japanese style food which was unusual for a Chinese owned small hotel. No pool or other amenities. Beds a little firm.

This hotel is so clean. We appreciated the soft beds (especially in comparison to elsewhere we stayed in Thailand) and all the staff was wonderful! We would stay here again!

It wasn't really an issue for us as we only stayed one night but the only window in our room was a door leading to an internal balcony. This meant if we wanted natural sunlight, anyone walking through the corridor/foyer or using the elevator could see into the room.

I travel around SE Asia for work and trying to figure out why I feel so empty inside. I stay at budget friendly hostels and hotels. I was scared this was another bait and switch advert but this hotel was amazing. Bed was soft and comfy, had a topper pad on a soft mattress in a proper frame. The sheets felt new and quality. CLEAN. The room was spacious and furnished with actual use in mind. Had side table for drinks, a mini frig, shelves by the bed with a plug. A nice balcony for drying clothes or taking a breath. The shower had hot water and good pressure. And it looks designed, not just a plain white room. Mixed materials, wood, metal, plaster. Safe was amazing as well. I locked myself out of the building and they came to open the door at 1 am. And then they drove me to the police station when my bike was locked cause I parked illegally. There's a restaurant and cafe in the lobby. It's very professional looking, not a mom and pop set up. The key system. You get 3 things you must carry. The metal key on a keyring, the electric slot card and then a door keycard for entering the lobby after hours. Haven't just the one keycard would be nice. More power outlets in the room would be nice, or a power strip.
