It is 900 m to the beach, but this is because all Kata is blocked by Med Hotel, which is huge and you have to go around it to get to the beach.

Older, smaller quiet hotel tucked away between nice big luxury hotels. Very clean, very comfortable with a restaurant and bar on the first floor. There is no elevator, but there are only 3 floors.

Nice and quiet location, off the main road and about 15 minute walk to the beach. Rooms were very large and spacious. We had a balcony and really enjoyed it. A little dated, but everything was still very clean and functional.

Classic thai wooden house with a history and soul! Rooms are quiet and big enough! Beds are big and comfortable! Thin doors with poor sound isolation, but it’s normal I think! Staff don’t speak English!

The location was good, very close to Kata Walking Street where you can find lots of options for food and drink. The beach is not too far away as well. Friendly service from the male Manager. The young lady at reception could not speak english and didn't understand my questions. But she did go and get the male Manager who was able to assist me. The bathrooms are small with a shower curtain that does not stop the entire floor getting wet if someone showers (not nice to walk on wet floor if you just need to use the toilet). Linens, pillows and bedding are quite old and could do with replacing.

The location is central but quiet, the pool is 1 minute away from the hotel (several hotels share the pool) I always got a lounger... friendly staff and helpful ? ok for a 3 star hotel ? can be recommended ? Sometimes my room smelled like a toilet, which wasn't great ?? otherwise everything was ok......
