I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The swimming pool was beautiful and perfect for relaxing. The breakfast offered a great variety of delicious food, and everything was fresh and well prepared. The room was clean, comfortable, and well equipped with everything I needed. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and I would definitely stay here again.

breakfast was nice but limited selections and more up to asian taste than european. Pool area is small for this size of hotel, so you might expect that you don't get any chair unless you get there early in the morning. Also I had money left on the counter, it was taken by room service, after complain everything was returned as I they though it's a tip for cleaning the room.

Cleanliness, welcoming staff, location, beds very really comfy. Maybe a bit too expensive, but honestly worth it

Location. Cheap. Washing machines dryer clean and new. In room the walls are full of mold.

The place was very good clan and nice to stay coz it’s in meddle of the area to reach every where Limited place for smoking area after the new rules to restrict inside the rooms. But they have to give alternative places. Not only in smoking area near by entrance of building 1 and 2. Even for the rooms I stayed in only the phone was in hall. And when I sleep and close the door I can’t hear the bill or phone ringing. Also about tissues must be provided in deferent places not just in hall. Staff they was nice to deal with but in matter of deposit amount. They have to write in their web and any third party application. Coz mostly we are using online payment always.

i loved the room, and the pool. Also i liked it had an underground Garage to park my motorbike. check out time is too early.

I was overwelmed by what this hotel provided Easily the coolest pool , wraps around the whole complex , so would be great for kids or thos who love lazing around the pool . Even there's practically a Michelin star Chinese restaurant at the bottom . The rooms where like mini apartments . I'm amazed Also the staff where amazing at the pub / happy hourost days I want to shout out to the staff PIN , KORN AND PRUEK AMAZING STAFF!

Noisy air conditioner, bad breakfast, Construction and the bed was a bit hard but its been a reoccurring theme in Thailand.

The location and staff are great. Pool is also awesome The washrooms needs improvement for plumbing and drainage

Stayed with my friend for the weekend, everything was calm and no extra rush. The room was light and clean, bed was comfy – I sleep very well, which is rare for me in hotels. Breakfasts was pretty tasty, there was fruits and hot dishes – we didn’t stayed hungry. The hotel left nice impression.

Breakfast staff were excellent Room was damp and smelled of mold. Room was infested with ants. Room didn’t get cleaned properly and bed sheets not changed for over a week. Clothes and bedding was damp

I can’t fault the staff of Wekata, they tried their best with what they have with the hotel and its surroundings. We found them helpful, caring and friendly, however I did have issue with the place and the main faults are: - air quality / air con/ mould or condensation from the showers - hard mattresses - clientele / other guests. The majority of guests we came across were really rude and it was off putting. The staff addressed any issue or concerns I had and were really helpful when I felt the bathroom ventilation wasn’t right. They helped my parents with a mattress topper (the beds are rock hard - good for some, bad for others). The location is close to the shops etc and there is a free shuttle to the beach. The pool was splendid and we spent a lot of time on the rooftop. Overall, and I hope this message helps others, but Kata beach is not the spot for a relaxing family holiday. If you want to feel the real Thailand, head to Koh Yao Yai. It’s quiet, friendly and safe.

Great location near local market and lots of street food around. Beach is within 10 minutes walk. Rooms are spacious and clean. Also I got Netflix on the TV. 100% I'll be staying here in my next trip to Phuket.

It was my second stay in the Wekata, the rooms and the neighborhood seems so home for me now. Like the hotel, the location and Kata town in general. 90% probability I'll stay here for my next trip to Phuket.
