First night couldn’t sleep because of a flyer banging due to wind , overall was good!

A broom and small drier rack would be handy in the room. So we could have sweep the sand from the floor quickly and hung our beach wears, towels to dry on the balcony.

Located right at the heart of kata. Beside a main road, so noise from passing vehicles are unavoidable. I still slept well.

Good location, a few minutes walk to the main road restaurants and kata night market. About 15mins walk to kata beach. It's on a main busy road so expect a lot of noise from traffic.

Room was clean and spacious None of the plugs were working properly, my charger would not stay plugged into the wall. Eventually I balanced a few things under the plug to stop it falling out of the wall. I paid more for this room than I usually do so I felt disappointed.

The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. The location is great, just steps away from Kata and Karon beach. The night market, cafe and restaurants nearby. The room itself was spacious and clean with a comfortable bed.

Nice spacious rooms with all you need (fridge, safe for valuables etc) and comfortable bed The street outside is quite noisy so not ideal for sitting on the balcony but with the door closed it did not bother me

Excellent location with lots of shops, markets, massage shops, bars and restaurants down the street. 10 minutes walk from the beaches. The room was really big and clean enough. Having a balcony was a nice extra for the price. I enjoyed having tea there. The owners were friendly and helpful. No elevator, but they helped me to carry my suitcase to my room. Can be noisy, but I slept well.

Good location, 10 minutes from beach, next to the night market. We didnt get beach towels from the hotel, property didnt have elevator,there was construction works on the building next to ours so it was noisy, and in the shower was clogged pipes so the water was all over the bathroom after the showering.

If you are mobile you can walk to either Kata or Karon beach in around 20mins with plenty to see on the way. A taxi to the crazy Bangla road is about 25mins. The room was really big, plenty of space for suitcases etc. Having a balcony was a nice extra for the price. It was clean enough but not spotless. The facilities are not amazing but for the price you are paying, there was nothing to complain about. The two owners are doing a fantastic job running not just the hotel but also a shop, travel agent, and laundry downstairs! There is no 24/7 reception which is fine, but the front door is left open to anyone all night which feels slightly unsafe. The mattress is very firm, verging on hard. I was looking forward to having a beer on the balcony and watching the world below, but as I was at the back of the hotel the view was of another building but I guess that's just luck of the draw! They do not clean the room every day which is fine, however because in Thailand you have to put toilet paper in the bin - I think the bathroom bin should be emptied each day.
