Nice and quiet. Too far from the ocean.

Great location, nice breakfast. Big & comfortable rooms ( we took with direct access to the pool). Team was very helpful ? Lobby without air condition . There is no sink in the bathroom but just outside.

The room was very humid and smelly due to that. Cleanliness could be improved. Staff super strict on the check-out time. Breakfast kinda disappointing, mostly due to the quality of the food, but good variety though.

Beautiful hotel, like an oasis near the buzzing town and night market. Clean and comfortable room, excellent service from the staff, quiet location, complimentary snacks and breakfast. Great value for money! I highly recommend it! Nothing

The pool was nice and fairly quiet. The pool access room was worth getting. Room was comfortable and staff were nice. Too many Russians, did not feel like Thailand, did not follow rules. Not really at the fault of the hotel but I would not recommend this place due to this. Breakfast was mediocre, much of it was dinner foods.

Room & balcony were lovely. Hotel provided towels & bag for the beach which was really good. Also allowed us to check in 3 hours early due to flight times. Pool open until 9pm in the night. Price was a little expensive vs others which we saw in Phuket, however couldn't fault the hotel.

The property is conveniently located close to the centre of Kata and very close to the beach. Also the Phuket Smart bus station is just 5 mins walk. The room was very clean and they provide you with the beach towels. The staff was also very friendly. Also I want to add that they homemade waffles for breakfast were so good, I couldn’t stop eating them every morning during our stay. Nothing

The hotel is smaller than suggested by the pictures and looming over the pool is a multi-story construction project. Nothing they can do about that, of course. Our room away from the pool was quiet and the bed was very comfortable. Housekeeping was great and we could walk across the street to our favorite restaurant. The breakfast provided was fine, but other guests served themselves entire platters of certain foods. At checkout we were charged for a water glass that broke in our room—80 baht.

The noise of construction from the buildings on all sides of the hotel and drunk Russians.

Perfect accommodation, very friendly service and the rooms were comfortable and clean. Not as close to the beach as some reviews made it seem though, but the pool is very nice.
