I like the design and cafe below the hotel I think location can make people confused. the bathroom and bedroom are connected with no door.

Everything is great about this place, really nice decor and bed is super comfy, pillows are dreamy. Water pressure fluctuates, but overall a small issue in the grand scheme of things.

The bed and pillows were great. The shower is terrible. The water pressure starts and stops. It's like an old man about to die from an enlarged prostate. The location is a little bit out of town.

When we arrived there were no staff on site. We had to phone for the door entry and room entry key codes (difficult when phones not working off WiFi). Had to use a local’s phone from next door. We were on the top (4th) floor - spacious and clean rooms however no lift so a lot of stairs to take with cases. Not an amazing location but picked solely so could access the harbour for ferry to Ko Lanta easily next day.

The room, bed, pillows and linen were super comfortable. A really lovely room. Would have been great to have a lighter blanket or sheet given the warm night. Otherwise the bed was so comfortable.

Comfortable bed and nice size room with good AC. Nice room to wash and dry clothes attached. Nice breakfast and coffee. Communication could have been better. Didn't pick up messages on Booking.com very well.

Lovely little place. Vintage/shabby-chic decor above a yummy little cafe ‘Origami’. Room was clean, a good size with all amenities required. Bed was very comfortable and pillows in particular divine! Shared spaces on each of the floors suitable for working or relaxing. Old Town is about 10-15 walk away. Lots of services close by - restaurants, massage, laundry etc. Breakfast was delightful and a particular highlight. Included yummy specialty coffee/ juices. Staff were friendly, efficient and responsive. These weren’t show-stoppers for us but worth nothing: as mentioned by others there’s no lift or luggage support, so be ready to carry all your belongings upstairs ( we were on 4th floor). We were in a Triple room and the third bed was loft style ( lovely) reached by a narrow metal ladder ( no hand rail) and hot as it’s close to the asbestos roof. They had a little desk fan to assist and we cranked up the AC to moderate effects. It was fine for us for 2 nights, and bed itself was very comfy. It just would suit young kids or anyone with mobility impairments. Water pressure and temperature was variable.

The water in the shower was not hot enough.

Clean, near to city center, breakfest Pity, that guest house should not sent code for entry before arrive. After 30 hours trip its not funny spend half hour by main door. When tourists dont have WIFI conection , can 20 minutes call cost more than room. It will be fair somehow warning your guests with 80 kg laguage that room on 4th floor dont have lift and maybe found some place downstairs for laguage…. Keep on mind, if u check room on 4-th floor, than third bed its 50cm under azbest roof, which is hot from all day sun.

Room was beautifully decorated and bed was comfy Electricity kept cutting out so we had to change hotel on second night but staff were helpful and have agreed to partial refund. Wish there was staff on site during the evening. Getting the door access code if checking in after 5pm required WiFi or roaming which was inconvenient.

Perfect location in old town. The cafe downstairs serves excellent coffee and brunch and has a very nice vibe. The beds were the most comfortable hotel beds I have ever slept

This place is just a wonder: nested in a block of commercial activities, they have their café in the back street, which is very quiet and where they served great food. Big room and very curated, loved the colours. Bathroom with bathtub just perfect. Walking distance from Phuket Old Town.

It is close to the bus terminal 1, where we can take the airport bus. There is a problem with the location of this hotel on the map of booking.com. It is displayed as central in Old Town, just in front of the Woo boutique hotel but in reality it is located very far away outside the Old Town historical center (around 10-15 min walk), near bus terminal 1, actually. The room is not well isolated from noises. We can easily hear other guests talking, laughing, making a lot of noises in the common space at the floor. There is a problem with the pressure in the shower. It is not constant in the room 31 at the third floor, and switching permanently between hot and cold water. I don’t know if it is the same for the other rooms.
