You do use the pool and breakfast facilities in Novotel right next door which are lovely as well. Staff were all great Nothing

Good location. Right beside the public market -- excellent for those interested in convenient access to authentic and very affordable local food for breakfast or dinner. If hotel gym is something you appreciate, you can use the gym at the adjacent Novotel hotel. (Gym is open 24 hours) Nothing to complain about at all.

Our first stop was phuket town and we stayed at IBIS Styles Phuket City, lovin this cute, creative hotel… when we arrived, the frontdesk Gift, Ae, Baiifern, Ms Ressie (from the phillipines) were all smiliin & they welcomed us with a womderful friendly assistance… the room is kinda small BUT it doesnt matter still its tolerable.. the brekky was amazin as well as the facilities from gym to pool coz you gonna use and have the access with their facilities by goin to novotel hotel just a few steps away coz its only beside Ibis.. brekky was superb and delicious and i wanna give a special THANK YOU to, Ms Thananrada, Ms Rose and other trainee for surprisin and singin me a HAPPY BIRTHDAY SONG and they gave me a cake with a candle coz it was exactly my birthday… special thank you to Mr Khert as well…definitely I will recommend IBIS Styles phuket to my family and friends if one of your itinerary is goin to the old town.. again thank you to all the staffs.. Nothing at all

I liked the welcoming vibe that the property gave me and my family Mosquitos and that the staff did not let my kids use the facility for 60% of our stay there because we came early and late sometimes but we could just close the door on the first floor instead of stopping all the activities.

I accidentally booked this place and they allowed me to move to the hotel next door in the same group, in the added price. This specific one is okay…. Good enough for some people. I needed a bit more space and luxury It’s very small rooms in my opinion but price is great

The toilet, which is partially open in the room and not soundproof, is really terrible. When a friend goes to the toilet at night while you’re sleeping, you can hear everything, including the flush. This is the only thing I really hate T-T

Clean and quiet. The room was quite small but well designed. Breakfast is average. Cleanliness and quiet.
