The breakfast is reasonable and was good. The location is very convenient to Karon Beach and close to good restaurants that served delicious Thai food. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Nothing really.

Staff was super friendly, a credit to Thailand. BUT.... we stayed in the uppermost, Two Bed rooms and the Air Conditioning in the first room was non-existent...we moved to another room and the AC blasted upstairs, but had to stay that way to keep the bottom part of the room tolerable. We were there almost a month...and I reported problems with the TV, that were NEVER addressed. It was most annoying when it was too hot outside and too many of the Channels did not work. Rooms were super cheap. But I would be happy to pay a bit more to have things 100%.

Such nice staff. Could not be more helpful. The afternoon manager was a great guy. The room was big. Ac good. Showers hot. The bed was comfortable and the place clean. Even the TV channels were good Excellent restaurant and close to the beach. Not to noisy so you sleep well. It's out of the way and small and a great spot for the beach. The stairs. There are steep stairs to all rooms. You get used to them. The stairs did my knee in. I moved from room 118 which also has these very steep stairs to the bedroom. Not good.

Beds were super comfy and the aircon was good. The Internet was super fast across the whole hotel and the staff were lovely. We met Sun who was so friendly and accommodating. Nothing

Very nice hotel. The staff is super. Polite, friendly. There is also a restaurant where they cook very tasty. There are breakfast sets. The room is spacious, equipped with a mini kitchen with a microwave and a refrigerator. Netflix / YouTube TV. Work place, three closets, a safe and another lockable closet. Comfortable bathroom with shower, hot water - excellent water pressure, shampoo, soap, towels. The bed is comfortable, large. Cleaning and water every day. Very clean, cozy. The location is super, everything is nearby and the sea is 3 minutes away.

Nice and tidy for reasonable money. Good breakfast. Fantastic staff (guys & ladies), very helpful with all queries. Especially thanks to the reception guy who helped us to rent a car and also thaks to Philip - great lad. Hotel owner owns also another place where we could use pool and sauna - did not have a time but was available. View due to the location but who cares when you only sleep in the room:-)

Nice restaurant below, lovely staff and clean guesthouse Across from a few bars, so music is quiet loud into the night depending on where your room is and also can hear a lot of noise from downstairs kitchen/restaurant if your room is facing the stairs.

Karon it's self was very nice, beach was clean, only five minutes to the beach, food was OK, one member of staff was very nice, and always had a smile I walked around in my socks, and by the time i had unpacked they were very dirty, things have changed since my last visit, the bar across opposite was on some nights had very loud music, and lots of shouting, most nights i couldn't get any sleep until after 2 am, sometimes later, it wasn't just the music, it was very poor. As I said i have been here before and never had a problem, the male never smiled, never seems happy
