Location Steep rise into hotel ! Can make it difficult

The rooftop is nice to relax in the evenings.with friends and you can bring up your own drinks and snacks. Rooms were basic but comfortable. Great location as it is very close to the beaches and shopping. They have beach towels if you need.

Payment confused me. Didn't realize Booking.com had NOT charged me when hotel requested payment.

Room was very clean and comfortable. close to kata beach and the night market. Many restaurants close by too. Staff and are very friendly! Beach towels available at reception too.

Proximity to beach was excellent. Lovely host. Tour company downstairs that helped book whatever I needed. Host has beach towels and mats you can use for free. Super sweet, is there most of the day and tries to be helpful. If staying in Kata, highly recommend. A bit far from center so a walk away to everything happening. Taxis are ridiculously expensive so getting around was tough. Access is up a lot of stairs or a steep driveway which was slippery after rain and scary to cross with a large backpack on my back. Wouldn't listen to all the recs on laundry and tours. Easier to walk around and ask around for best prices.

Comfortable room with beach access right across the road. They let you use beach towels, sand mats, and boogie boards for free!

It was a great stay. Great room, super quiet and comfy beds and pillows, yet super close to everything including the beach

It is very accessible to the beach, shops, restaurants, pharmacies, and any other things you will be needing. The receptionist is also very responsive with any concerns. Not that much. But the aircon with the room where we stayed is not that strong.

It’s just a normal Thai hotel, nothing fancy. Staff are nice and speak English well.

We had a wonderful stay at Kata Beachwalk Hotel! Nanny and Bibi were fantastic hosts—super welcoming, kind, and always ready to help with a smile. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and comfy, with fresh towels available on request and beach towels provided daily. Just a quick 1-minute walk to the beach! The restaurant downstairs was a delight, serving delicious, high-quality food at great prices. A 7-Eleven is only 2 minutes away, and there are plenty of fresh fruit stands nearby. We highly recommend this gem! Thank you, Nanny and Bibi, for an unforgettable experience!

Exceptional

Very friendly host. Great value for money. Close to beach and facilities. Nothing.

Staff was super nice, provided beach towels, room was clean and neat It is a tropical country and there were little spiders in the room. The room was spotless clean though! The shower overflowed but again it was not a big Deal for me. At one point The Fan Controller on the wall exploded and caught smoke. It was fixed the next morning. Overall Id recommend this hotel

Incredible location right across the street from the beach. The rooms were so clean and the cleaners worked so hard every day. Lovely staff. The views from the roof deck were incredible. Nothing

How close it was to the beach. The friendly staff. The free use of beach towels. There is a real problem with the plumbing. Our toilet was blocked the 3 days we were there. The manager would come with a plunger and say it's OK now. It wasn't OK. My sons room was the same. We were asked not to put paper down. We didn't and still a problem. At one point, it overflowed all over the toilet. Rooms were dated and basic but clean. When you have a shower, the whole place gets soaked as there is no curtain to separate the shower and toilet facilities. Location is excellent. There is a very short steep hill to get into the hotel. Lots of work going too which made it feel like a building site. Nice views from the roof terrace. Overall, we probably got what we paid for.
