The hotel was a wonderful stay! Very comfortable bed and room with balcony! The staff here are amazing!!!, so friendly!!! I will definitely come back here again! Thank you so much to all at reception!!! ??❤️??☘️

I liked everything. The room's floor plan, waterfall shower, quiet air conditioner, balcony, smell in the room, water pressure, security door lock, kettle, etc. As well as service, friendly smiles and free light breakfast.

Clean and comfortable. Staff (especially serving breakfast) were friendly. The balcony was small, though there were rooms with bigger balconies, maybe they cost more...

Ok location. Not a comfortable bed. "Breakfast"was crappy. We were there for a week. When you arrive they want 1000 bath for insurance if the room is damaged when we leave. Fine with that, never had anything happen to us ever on lot of travels. Then we had a very bad experience with the staff when we checked out of the room. We unfortunately had a diarrhea the day before and during the night from something we ate :( So there were some stains in the linen, but nothing that won't come out in washing. We are waiting to leave, and for the refund of the 1000 bath, and a woman from housekeeping comes storming down to the lobby with the dirty laundry, displays it on the floor to show the staff in the lobby, in front of everyone that happened to be in the lobby at that time !! And to have our insurance money back we had to go upstairs and clean the sheets our selves in the bathroom zink ..... I asked them politely if they don't have a washing machine and apparantly they do. Never, ever have I been so humiliated in my life, in front of lot's of strangers. This is not a way to treat your guests :(

Close to the busy street for food and shopping I stayed at this hotel recently and was disappointed with several aspects. The male receptionist with glasses on duty at night was unfriendly, dismissive, and rude. The shower only provided lukewarm water—there was no hot water. The bed sheets looked dark white—not dirty, but definitely not clean-looking. I would have rated this stay as poor if it weren’t for the convenient walking distance to the shopping street, so I am giving it a fair rating.

The location near the bus terminal was great. It made getting into and out of town so easy. The last stop on the airport bus route was at the terminal. While the hotel didn't offer breakfast, it did provide a complimentary service with coffee, juice, toast and rice.

The room was nice, it had everything we needed to spend 2 days. The bed was comfortable and the place was clean. We could walk to the center easily and there were supermarkets closeby. Nothing specific.

The room was exactly as shown in the photos. It’s about a 15-minute walk to Old Town Phuket. We rented a bike and had a lovely ride to the Big Buddha and the beach areas. The staff also organized a taxi for us to go to the airport, which was very convenient. Overall, it was a great stay and a nice experience for a couple of days. The balcony was huge. There was some noise at night from the room upstairs and from the street, as our room faced that side.

The air conditioner in my room was not strong.

They provided drinking water every day with room cleaning, and on the days we didn’t request room cleaning, they kindly left the water bottles in front of our door. Also, the hotel has an elevator, which is a nice advantage since many hotels in the Old Town do not have one. I made a reservation at this property mainly because it advertised luggage storage as one of its facilities. However, when we arrived and asked to see the storage room, they showed us a fully glass room located at the entrance of the building, which is also used as the breakfast area and is completely visible from the street. They told us that there are CCTV cameras and that “nothing ever happens,” but this was very disappointing and did not feel secure at all, especially since during check-in we were asked to sign a paper stating that the hotel does not take any responsibility for lost items. Under these conditions, the luggage storage cannot be considered safe. The check-out time was 12:00 PM, and our flight was in the evening. We had planned to leave our luggage at the hostel after check-out. However, because there was no secure place to store our luggage, we were forced to make an additional one-day reservation and stay 6 extra hours in the room. For this, we had to pay 1,100 baht, even after a so-called “generous” 100 baht discount. Hotels are not obligated to provide such a service, but advertising that they offer it and then not providing a proper and secure option is not ethical in my opinion.

The staff's service could be better. And the hot water inside the bathroom used for bathing was not really very hot

Location, perfect for a 1 night stay to catch ferry to Phi Phi. Near the Rassada Pier. 7 eleven just under. Staff, not very nice.

I was positively surprised by the size of the room + terrace. Location is very good, very close to a bus terminal and 5-6min foot to Phuket Old Town. The room was big, nice and comfortable ( and has been the biggest of the whole trip ) If you like smoking green, a very cool spanish-owned shop is just around the corner - and somewhat cheaper than the tourist traps downtown. No smoking nowhere, even on your room terrace - common in Thailand...
