The walls are paper thin and the toilet kept flowing which made terrible noises during the night. Plus sleeping on cardboard isn't the best thing.

The pond flower was nice. Resort was dirty, room floor dirty, hard wood was cracking, mosquito everywhere in the room. There was a hole on the of the ceiling that I slept on. Don’t know why. Paid $200 for one night connected rooms. Not worth the money. I will not recommend it.

I will say the highlight of my trip was the photography session in the pond area and Warn at the front desk. Warn made my whole experience so joyful, from check in she was helpful, informative and so patient…. First impressions are indeed lasting. She coordinated everything down to my departure taxi and once again I say thank you!!! Breakfast could have had a wider variety and 6am - 9am doesn’t always fit into late morning but I do understand that because of the hotel’s cafe highlight it can’t be later.

Nuy was very nice and helpful especially in regards to my wife. She always smiled and went out of her way make our experience at the hotel cafe truly memorable.

The staff don't speak clear English. They get frustrated in trying to communicate. They couldn't comunícate good.

Cafe area for photos good. Villa has not enough lights. Very dark room. Shower doesn't work properly. We hardly find anything to eat in Breakfast.

This is one of the best places for couples and family and very clean and well maintained.

Had to call maintenance to unclog the shower 10min after entering the room. The safe box was not working.

Room was a good size First, the check-in process was confusing. There were no clear signs indicating where to go, and when we asked a staff member, they just pointed without saying anything. It didn’t feel welcoming at all. The location is quite far from everything, and in hindsight, it wasn’t worth the trip. Lastly, the waiting queue to hire the photographer was unclear. The sign indicating where to line up was placed in front of a crowded area, making it easy to miss. This led to unnecessary confusion. The pool was also closed. Overall, I wish the experience had been smoother, with better signage and more helpful staff.
