Great location, great pool and slides for kids , good buffet and most of the stuff are friendly and helpful. The lack of response and assistance regarding my reservation completely tainted the experience. Despite multiple attempts to seek assistance, I am still waiting for either my refund or, at the very least, a meaningful response. The poor communication and lack of customer support have been extremely disappointing.

Really nice hotel. Very well organized. Only down side was pump out room . Room 2116 has a pump placed directly outside, which is very loud when operating as it’s used to clean the pool. The noise can be quite disruptive. Additionally, water runs down the nearby steps, which seems to attract a lot of mosquitoes in the area. If possible, I would recommend avoiding this room for a more comfortable stay.

The room was a very nice size and very clean. Also transport services was very easy to obtain. The hotel is huge and the pool area is always full of children since it is a family resort. Therefore, it is not a quiet hotel.

The hotel is a perfect family hotel. The swimming pool is great and the room we found to be well laid out and clean. This hotel is perfect for families with young children. An easy short walk to Kata beach and a short tuk tuk ride to Kata Noi beach. A staff member named Oh was very helpful at breakfast as well as Georgie who thoroughly cleaned prior to providing our table to sit at. Thank you to you both. The pool area is very slippery and this is noted by many respondents. We were at the pool most days and witnessed many people fall over. The hotel has laid down some rubber matting, but simply nowhere near enough. This needs to be addressed. Had it not been for this issue I would have rated the hotel much higher. They need to take this issue seriously. Breakfast was good, although very busy at times so some small wait was required.

The property is very well located in Kata. Food menu at pool bar restaurant has a wide variety of foods. Rooms are a good size but could do with more storage in the family room The surrounding edge of the swimming pool is very dangerous and my son cut his foot and the rough stones surroundings. I think this needs to be looked at by the hotel. Also the irons are awful and barely heat up. They need to be replaced.

Great for kids and families shirt walk from the beach and close to great restaurants massage and laundry

The kids loved the pool and slides. The staff, especially the manager Rai and were super kind and accommodating. They tried to make our stay special. They have a kids area where they have painting classes or boxing classes for kids. They even gave the kids a map to go around the property and get stamps and once they got them all they went to reception and got a cute toy. The location was great near restaurants and shops, including a daily market that had yummy food and smoothies. There’s a coffee shop and laundry right next to the hotel. We dropped our laundry off and had a lady do it for us for 170baht including folding. The staff was seriously the best, so kind, and I felt so bad for them constantly dealing with the grumpy Russians that don’t even smile or say thank you. That would take some serious patience to deal with that all the time. They were brutal. I know it’s their nature and culture, but they just looked miserable and the staff would be jumping through hoops to accommodate them and be kind. The staff even had breakfast bags ready for us since we had to leave early at 7am, and they packed us a sandwich, water, a pastry, hard boiled egg, a water and napkins. There’s a 7/11 next to the market on the way to the beach, that’s not listed on google maps but is closer than the one listed. The breakfast is low quality. That was one thing we found very disappointing. They have a lot of items but they’re not good. Even the basics weren’t great. Pancakes have a cardboard texture. They do have an egg station and that was good with the fried rice. The rest wasn’t great. It was just poor quality but high quantity food. One thing that was extremely irritating was the door noise. If you leave it open a tiny bit, it makes a loud repetitive beeping noise, which you’d hear all night long from people not closing their doors and it was so hard to sleep. It was brutal. To get to the beach you had to walk down the street for 10-15 minutes before you were able to turn onto it. The pool is only open until 8 and they turn the slides off at 6pm, which was unfortunate and wish it was open later.

Amazing stay!! Location was perfect a 2 minute walk up to the beach and right next to all shops, bars and nightmarkets. Mini mart located outside property was handy. Whole hotel was clean and good for your money! will be coming back Beds are not as comfortable as hoped

  • Engine customer Apr 2025

The beds were very uncomfortable. Little bit of entertainment at evening or lights by the pool to sit and chill . Other than that . No issues whatsoever .

  • Engine customer Apr 2025

My kids loved the pool, but the slides need some fine tuning. The wide slide had a bump in the panel seams that hurts. Staff made it very difficult to get towels at the pool. Provide pool towels.

The breakfast was big! a selection for whatever you wanted. but it was busy, there were so many people it felt like a business rush hour just to try to eat breakfast and find a table

  • Engine customer Mar 2025

The pools and slides. The staff was not very welcoming. The hotel was super busy and packed. The breakfast was ok and they ran out of coffee and other food. It took awhile to replenish it.
