The hotel is absolutely terrible. The staff are disrespectful and kick guests out if they want to cancel their reservation.

Excellent location, beach access, walking distance to many restaurants and the Khao Lak market Prices for drinks and food at the resort were very expensive compared to other hotels in the area.

The room and breakfast were both quite average. The main issue for us was the very long and tiring deposit conversation at the reception during check-out, which caused an unnecessary waiting time.

My favorite hotel, staying here 3rd time: territory is amazing, pool is great, stuff is very polite and helpful. It's great for finishing your Phuket stay, since it's close to the airport.

Nice pool area, pretty rooms Need way more lounge chairs and umbrellas, having to sign out towels was annoying (just put them in the room like every other hotel and charge people if they steal them), having to check our room before we left was annoying (schedule this the night before if you have to do that—have someone come check and help bring your bags down at the same time), I don’t get why you have to leave a cash deposit (can’t you use the credit card people use to book?), could hear people outside and beside you when in your room

old room, not good smell in room , noise from pool, my bathroom not clean have water in floor.

Nice clean hotel, close to airport, great pool and ok breakfast The location is convenient for the airport but there's not much there, the beach is very average.

We could not get a late check out, which made for a much longer travel day. Even one hour would have been a big help. We didn’t have time to enjoy the pool or other facilities. We found the room to be a bit weird with only a curtain separating the bedroom from the bathroom.

Night manager had a bit of an attitude. I asked for an extra blanket and she proceeded to tell me that room service is closed. I didnt need room service i just wanted an extra blanket to take upstairs with me as the AC was very cold. After a back and forth she finally agreed. It shouldnt have been that hard. And same person didnt let us use the taxi service there (even tho the driver told us to use him and book him at the desk) she just proceeded to tell us “hes busy” without asking times we needed

The extremely warm welcome, we even were collected from the airport! We adore the beautiful room with a perfect view The breakfast was amazing and the pool was stunning! Everything was perfect I wish I stayed there longer!

Ambience & cleanliness Room & services

It's really close to Phuket Airport. Always love the plants and greens around the hotel. The pool is not big but fine. Our room was very big and clean. There's a restaurant in the hotel and you can buy the mascot of the hotel - the sea turtle as souvenirs. We have collected all three different sizes because it was our third visit! ^_^ It is also close to Naiyang Beach. You don't need to worry where to eat and there's a 7-11 nearby as well. I would like to see more options during breakfast time. There was no noodle cooking station.

Location is very close to the airport, however very far from anything else (Grab drivers won't pick up to take to Patong or even Central Phuket which is closer). Also note that they offer an airport shuttle, charging 260 baht for a 5 minute drive which is quite dear. One of our rooms was right outside the smoking area and my friend had asthma - the hotel can consider moving this to a secluded area. Hotel is fairly clean but there were ants crawling everywhere - my friend's room had lizards, which staff had to come and kill. We brought our own cup noodles to eat, which was also the same flavor as the one in the rooms - we had 2 cups and they provided 2 cups for 35 baht each if consuned. Upon check out staff informed me that they have to charge for the 2 cup noodles eaten, to which I said we had brought our own. They said they mark the bottom of their cup noodles, and we must have gotten ours mixed up with theirs as theirs was the 2 we'd had. I said it's the same noodles, and I don't see why they have to charge us but paid the 70 baht anyway as we were needing to leave. NOTE we paid for an extra night for both rooms but checked out early, so this extra payment should most definitely cover the cup noodles!!! This was outrageous and a big reason why I would not recommend this hotel.

The unsavoury stench of the sewage in the room, very outdated. Beach was dirty.

The staff was extremely accommodating and ready to help. The other things could be much better. The hotel is located next to the airport, but don't expect to have a quick check-out: the staff is obliged to check the room before you leave, which takes 10 minutes. Might be a hassle if you are in a hurry. My room windows were looking into the hotel's garden. However, the noise from the road (the door is looking there) was so loud that I had to use earplugs to fall asleep. The rooms were rough and ready, nothing special.

Everything was great, could only ask for more pressure in the shower but it was adequate.

The hotel is very organized, clean and has the bonus of being near the airport. Perfect for who has morning flights.
