Very clean although basic. Not too far to walk to beach, restaurants & village centre. Pool towels available from reception. Only 8 sun beds around the swimming pool & no chairs either ! For a hotel with 50+ rooms this was not satisfactory. No elevator, just stairs- a long haul for pushchairs, older people & large luggage.

Good value, but I only stayed here for one night before heading to the airport. It's fine, but I'd go somewhere else for a longer stay.

Shower is powerful and plenty hot water. We had to take room 1201. this is a dreadful room. it has very small balcony as most has been fenced off as there is an electric power distributor Immediatly against the hotel. this means there is only a small sliding door to admit light so the room is very dark. Staff were unhelpful when we complained about the quality of the room. There is no hot water in the bathroom sink. The toilets at the swim pool are disgusting .

Our room was so stinky of mold! Aftet a quick inspection we found black mold growing on the ceiling! I'm an experienced traveler in Thailand and have put up with damp smells before, but this was overwhelming. We both feared for our health. We checked out shortly after check in and they wouldn't refund our money or give us another room. Also, our flight to Phuket was cancelled so I had emailed them and sent a msg within booking.com right away to let them know we were delayed. I explained that we would miss checking in the first night but keep the room, we would pay for it, and like an 8 am check in the following day - the room was not ready for us! We had to wait in the lobby for what seemed like an eternity.

Nice pool Could be better attention to the details. Room cleanliness - dirty marks on walls, inroom safe had no batteries and poor location on floor. Previous occupants rubbish in bedside table still there. Pool umbrellas difficult to put up, staff sometimes forgot to do it.

For anyone flying out early, this is an excellent choice. Not expensive at all, very close to Sirinat Park beach and restaurants, quiet and clean.
