Location is great for people who go through Phuket. Nice staff, comfort rooms. The Nai Yang beach is very nice. The rooms on floor 1 are too close to the elevator and to the house keeping room. You can't really sleep past 8am.

It is suitable for a family of 3 or 4 pax the room we booked. For the lost amd found, due to I have a lot of things, i could not remember which one is missing when we check out. I found out that my small cute bag left at the front office area. They should have checked which guest the bag is through cctv, and hand over to the guest while in house. Anyway, at least i saw it was in the front desk and I asked them if that is a lost and found as it seems like my bag. They said yes, lost and found and indeed it is my bag. Cheers to the front office team!

Great for transfer day, very close to the shops and restaurants of Naiyang beach.

Quiet and well situated No coffee in the rooms. You need to go downstairs and pay for it. Horrible internet connection. I was unable to zoom and got many connectivity issues, for example some services complained about security protocols and didn’t let me connect so I had to use my cellphone hotspot instead. This is very disappointing for the price paid.

Very close to the airport. Nice swimming pool on the roof, close to a very nice beach. Comfortable beds. A little to pricy for what you get.

The breakfast was ok for me, but not sure it would be good for Muslims. Bread and pastries, butter & jams, sausages, bacon, eggs, Thai vegetables & meats as well as fresh fruits and salad with cold cuts. The drinks were cordials, The hotel is immaculately clean and the staff are happy, friendly and helpful. Free water dispenser on all guest room floors. 2 glass refill bottles in the rooms. Bed was so comfortable, TV was a good size with ample channels, AC works well but no where to put your clothes other than a metal frame hanging rail, had to leave undies on top of the safe or next to the kettle, no drawers or shelf space. Close to the beach (3 minute walk), a couple of 7/11's, cafe's, restaurants, Thai clothing stalls & massage parlors. Airport is a 7 minute drive (320thb by Grab). It has no soul, no personality, no life.. It is just a place to stay near the airport. The swim up pool rooms are beautiful but the pool is so cold because it is overshadowed by the building and an ugly 8ft solid brown fence sun hits the pool between 12-3pm only. The pool on the roof is warmer but has a weird feel about it, there is nowhere to get a drink, not even a water dispenser, no music, no towels (they are kept on the ground floor next to the bar/reception, but no one tells you this), there are also no cameras, so in case of an emergency, you are on your own!

It’s stylish, in fresh condition, the staff is really doing their best ? The beds are comfortable, aircon works smoothly, the view to the garden is amazing, is really close to the beach. I love that they are going green and have a glass bottles in the rooms to be refilled from the cooler on the each floor ? After check out we were able to chill near the pool for several extra hours?
