The landscape was beautiful. The architecture and everything was amazing.

It has incredible ambience and exotic decor. The staff are very polite and helpful. Pillows are too hard.

It was beautiful, all of the staff were friendly and helpful. Facilities were very clean and amazingly put together Very decorative, lots of photo opportunities just in the main area. The rooms were put together so well, nice showers that opened to the pool.

The place itself was amazing, the design of the hotel is exceptional, I've never seen so many details and love poured into a hotel before, it felt magical and absolutely amazing. Highly highly recommend I liked everything honestly, I wish I was able to stay longer. It was amazing on every level.

Pool was small for swimming.

The outside of room was amazing....the spa (went twice) was everything. So much seem to be poured in making the surroundings magicial that the inside of my room didnt match the grounds.

This property is incredible! There are so many beautiful details that make it unique and a one-of-a-kind stay. We had a pool suite so it was two levels with a living room, two bathrooms and pool access from the room. It was breathtaking and served every amenity you could think of. This place really has it down on details with in-room complimentary coffee, tea and water, as well as mosquito repellent cream and tiger balm for after bite care. The breakfast is well worth the price and the restaurant serves delicious food if you want to dine in. I also have to commend the spa services. We did the honeymoon spa and it was amazing. Having this amazing property was especially nice during monsoon season because there was plenty to enjoy even during the rains. The staff was exceptional and the location was convenient. It was a 10-15 minute walk to the beach with many restaurants and shops surrounding. A few small issues for me personally were that the bed was very hard/firm. I didn’t realize our room was two stories when I booked it- it was breathtaking, but I have bad knees and going up and down stairs every day was painful for me. I’m not sure what it’s like other times of year but during monsoon season you will be hard pressed to get anything to hang dry. The humidity is so high that wet clothing stays wet, even after a few hours hanging in the sun. A dry bag or similar to pack damp clothes is necessary. There was a nice outdoor shower downstairs in our room which had a previous guest’s underwear still in it. Everything inside was very clean but that made me wonder how long it had been since the outdoor shower had been cleaned. For me these were all small dislikes compared to the incredible stay we had and I would definitely recommend and choose this hotel again.

Hands down one of the best hotels/resorts we’ve ever stayed at over years of traveling. The entire resort is elegant and full of immaculate details. The smell across the whole area is mesmerizing and relaxing. Each and every staff is so friendly and welcoming. The room is also beautiful and offers a great restful atmosphere. Wish we could stay longer and if we ever come back to Phuket we would definitely choose Sawasdee Village again without any hesitation!! The only downside is the mosquitoes but I guess it’s everywhere else on the island.

The property was gorgeous with a central location. I booked the cabana pool room, which was amazing because of its private patio and pool access from my room. The cabana pool was about 150 meters long and beautiful.

Amazing resort feel hotel without being part of a big chain. High level to detail and attention. Kindness of the staff is unsurpassed. A bit far from the beach, however this is solved with a shuttle.

The style and pools, breakfast was really good too, better than any other accommodations that we stayed at!

There was not a single things I did not like about this hotel. It was gorgeous and we have told so many people about it. Breakfast was great, the location was perfect (far away from business but not too far away), staff was super friendly, and the decor was so amazing. We were incredibly sad to leave. Heck, we are STILL sad. It cost more than typical places in Thailand, but this place was far from typical. I need to stop writing because I’m getting sad again. Get the room with the pool access. You won’t regret it Nada. Nothing. Perfect.

Decor is INCREDIBLE. From the pools to the buildings, I really enjoyed walking and exploring the property. It really feels like an oasis in a city. Make sure to also explore at night when the pools have the stars on the bottom lit up -- it looks magical! Staff are quick to help you from the moment you arrive to when you leave. Good location close to markets, beach, and not too far from other parts of the island. Wish there was a direct path straight to the beach (there is a wall blocking it so you have to go around) but they have an hourly shuttle from the hotel to the beach if you don't want to walk!
