The place is good! They have a cafe downstairs. Everyday cleaning, new towels, water and etc. Good location: massage, restaurants, bars all around. Not far from beach. There were a few accidents, but staff was helpful and solved it.

The location is convenient, with Karon Beach within walking distance and plenty of nearby restaurants. The staff was exceptionally friendly—when we requested a hairdryer, they promptly provided one. Everyone was warm and welcoming. The all-day breakfast at the cafe downstairs was a pleasant bonus. Consider the noise level: the nearby bar hosts live music that can keep you awake until at least 2 AM. Additionally, the stay felt overpriced, though this might be due to the New Year period—regular rates are unclear.

The rooms are extremely outdated. The photos make everything look much more appealing than it actually is. There’s no soundproofing at all. It’s impossible to get a good night’s sleep because of the constant noise from street concerts, which play the exact same setlist every single day until 01:30 AM. The bed is more of a bed imitation—just planks nailed together. It creaks terribly, and it feels like it could collapse at any moment. The mattress is old, and you can feel every spring pressing into your body. The bathroom has no shower barrier, so after showering, the entire bathroom floor is soaking wet. There’s no hot water in the bathroom. None at all. The sink kept filling up with water and was leaking. Someone came to fix it once, but the problem came back the very next day. It took two more days to get it repaired again. The wardrobe has no shelves, only hangers. The Wi-Fi is terrible.

The staff was very kind and the location was really great! Close to beach and great dining options. Sweet little coffee shop in lobby and 24 hr front desk. For the cost, these elements couldn’t be better. The location, even with perks, was beside a live music venue. Very loud until midnight. The bed was also extra extra firm. Not usually an issue, but given the loud music, (to no fault of the hotel) my stay resulted in sleepless nights.

Everything was perfect for me, I was supposed to stay for 5 days, I stayed for about two weeks.
