Location. Pool. Staff Bed was too hard

Huge rooms with separate kitchens. Comfortable bed. Great for long term stays as well as short ones. Lovely staff and great quiet location right close to everything. Would have loved a thicker blanket/an actual comforter or duvet, but that’s literally the only thing!

Rooms were spacious had full size fridge hot plate with some dishes and pan balcony was great large with a drying rack A few noisy kids at pool ?

Absolutely LOVE Aumpai Luxury!! I am a travel writer and have written about hotels around the world. I did not collaborate with Aumpai Luxury (this is a non-working vacation) and they had no idea that I review hotels. And yet, you would think I was a VIP guest. The staff, the clean rooms, the perfect location (although 1 minute off the main beach road its incredibly quiet) and the pool, oh, and the price; all excellent! I always write "the good, the bad, and the ugly" in my hotel reviews, but its not easy to find anything not to love about Aumpai Luxury. I suppose you could prefer a beachfront hotel; but you will not find ANYTHING close to the low price you will pay for Aumpai. And Aumpai is literally across the street so 5 min walk. But, the beachfront properties will not be so quiet and peaceful as Aumpai. So again, I LOVE Aumpai Luxury. :)

Absolutely everything. I LOVE luxury on a budget and that is exactly what I get from Aumpai Luxury. Sure you can be a backpacker and stay in hostels and dorm rooms, but I cannot. So finding a perfect gem like Aumpai Luxury is amazing, especially when it was just a tiny bit more than awful hostel prices! Nothing. I love Aumpai Luxury.

Pool is great! Great location. Quiet but just a stones throw from the Main Street with shops, bars and restaurants. Really lovely pool! Staff very friendly and helpful Beds and pillows were really hard. Pool is lovely but people put their towels out first thing and then don’t use the pool for most of the day but expect to just come back and claim their sunbed. It would be great if management could monitor that or put a sign up

We booked the "villa" room which was nice but maybe not deluxe as described. Had all the facilities needed and the attached, private courtyard also had a sink, microwave and kettle along with with some utensils. It was a nice shady area to it. Pool was large and very clean with comfortable pool beds. The location was excellent - very close to the beach, restaurants, bars and shops. The villa room was next to reception and the parking area for bikes and so got quite noisey. Sometimes, people would look in through the fence as well - through curiosity! The villa courtyard was partially covered but not enough so 3 people couldn't sit around the table without getting wet. Would be nice and shady this time of year though.

Rooms are huge, It has this unique mixture of Hotel & Apartment room. You kinda are at hotel, but you are in full kitchen + 1 Bedroom solution. It is mostly quiet, there was one night when new arrival drank to much and went nuts. But in generally it's mature people who stay there and friendly. Has laundry service, cleaning staff is really down to detail good at their job, they even vent your pillows while they clean your room. The location is the best, it's right 1 min walking distance from street with bars, salons, shops and 4 mins walking from beach. Good parking spaces if you rent a car and separate parking for motorbikes. In morning you really hear nature to sing. Then there is balconies, now they are spot on with decent size table and proper furniture and view to nature and pool. I think this sections is not what I didn't like but rather could be different. Pool times are bit limited, cant always go to early swim as cleaning isn't done and also can't go for evening swim as the cleaning has just started. Pool chairs are limited and usually occupied same people, you have 2-3 chairs to select but they wont have umbrella cover so you are bound to be burnt. Seems it caters mainly for Germans so TV is German heavy and so is the guests. Regardless will stay again, and recommend to anyone else.

The staff was amazing.The cleanliness was great.The pool was always clean and it was very close to a busy street

Great location and very large room with lots of light and a balcony with a view! Very close to all the local amenities, yet set back away from the main street so very quiet which we appreciated. Nothing.

No breakfast. Plastic sheet in bed.

The hotel's staff were friendly and helpful. Mai was especially lovely and her English was very good which helped with communication. The hotel is very central with a lot of shops, restaurants, and massage parlours nearby. A 7 Eleven is around the corner. The pool was refreshing and clean. It was handy to have a kitchen with a fridge, bowls, plates, and cutlery, and a microwave to heat up food the next day. Lamai Night Market is a walk down the road and it had some really yummy food options which were inexpensive and delicious.

Exceptional

The location is very good. Walking distance to restaurants and shops. The rooms are basic but very clean. Cleaning is daily and the staff are very nice. Rented a motorbike as well. The pool is very nice with a garden ideal for refreshing after a day around. Will definitely come back. Thank you for the lovely time spent. None

Lovely hotel in a perfect location! Only 1-2 min walk from main road where there’s a huge range of shops, cafes, bars etc. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Pool was really nice and lots of sun beds. Hotel was clean and rooms cleaned daily providing you with 2x bottles of water daily. Huge balcony with table and chair. Air con in the room is really not great, it’s just a fan which blows hot air at you. No relief from the outside in our room. Beds are also quite uncomfortable and very hard.
