Super clean and felt new. The curtains for the top bunks aren’t really curtains, they’re short, so they dont block out any sunlight

I was charged for a breakfast and I didn't have it (The chief was hurt that morning or something like that).

The beds were very comfortable. Soe at the reception was very helpful and accommodating! The toilets were quite dirty. This could be improved.

Nothing I booked H Samui Hostel through Booking.com for seven nights at $30 per night, expecting a private room with a queen bed and its own shower (plus access to a shared toilet). Instead, I arrived to find two small single beds and no shower in the room at all, even though the listing clearly said it had one. When I pointed this out, the front desk lady named Honey told me to “just push the beds together.” That left a huge gap down the center, which made it impossible to sleep comfortably. When I said I couldn’t sleep like that, she told me I should “go somewhere else.” Her attitude was rude, unhelpful, and totally unprofessional. Even walking away from me while I was in the middle of talking to her My “private” room was also right next to the common area, where people smoked weed and cigarettes all night long, and the smoke filled my room. Even worse, the entire property smelled like sewage from bad plumbing. When I complained, the staff did nothing. Later, when Booking.com contacted them, the owner admitted he didn't care about bad reviews, but only because he wanted my money. That sums up the entire experience. I even asked if I could get half my money back since I only stayed one night and couldn’t sleep..... They flat-out refused. I left the next morning and checked into The Chill Inn Hostel, just down the road and it was a thousand times better. They have a pool, friendly staff, clean rooms, and actual hospitality for around the same price. Then I found a private villa on the beach with a view, outdoor shower and even a small kitchen for 4 dollars less that H Samui.. If you’re a young backpacker who doesn’t mind noise, smoke, and false advertising, maybe H Samui Hostel won’t bother you. But if you care about honesty, comfort, or even basic cleanliness, avoid this place at all costs. There are plenty of better options nearby. tart with The Chill Inn Hostel and save yourself the headache.

Nobody was cleaning, even the bathrooms! I was waiting the lady to come open the reception so I can check out. The reception usually open 8:00am I was waiting till 9:30am.

Great modern hostel just a short walk from the beach! It’s located in a peaceful area. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the vibe is lively with a bar and affordable food on-site, and the prices are super budget-friendly. Perfect spot for backpackers and beach lovers!

New very nice owners and the place looked brand new. Extremely clean and location was great, good access to the city. Price wise I couldn’t have asked for better. Can’t say there was anything I didn’t like but then I was only here one night.
