The view somehow only. Room is nice, but bathroom is very bad, service is normal to the average service in Thailand, beach is full of rocks, which nice to see not to swim, one pool and is small. Location is somehow far, though Koh Samui is small and Grab is easy. Price is high for what you get in comparison to other resorts here.

The interior design of the hotel is wonderful. You can take very beautiful photos in many spots. The breakfast variety is excellent. A great hotel for families with children. The furniture in the rooms is new and very well maintained. Clean. The staff are absolutely very polite and respectful. They make you feel the kindness of the Thai people in the most profound way. The sea is definitely not suitable for swimming. There are rocks everywhere and no matter how far you go, it doesn’t get deeper. Not suitable for swimming. This is a characteristic of the region. There is nothing the hotel can do about this situation. It is not their fault. I think the hotel is generally understaffed. Of course, this may be because we went during the low season. We often had trouble finding staff at the bars around the pool. Other than that, we experienced a few mishaps that can happen on any holiday, but the hotel staff and management team made a real effort to compensate for the situation. I would like to thank them again.

Beautiful properly, very high finishings, probably one of the best hotel experiences I have ever experienced. I loved how quiet the beach front was especially for the sunrise. The breakfast, staff, swimming pool were all terrific. This is not a complaint, it is just a comment as I was skeptical when first reading the reviews. Yes, there are many families so if your plan is to stay at the property swimming pool the entire day, yes there are kids.

Overall, we loved everything at Kitalay. The breakfast was delicious and varied, the children’s facilities were complete, there were many beach activities, the beach was clean and private, and the staff were very kind and responsive. None

Beautiful spacious stylish villa with big private pool in beautiful hotel at a beautiful beach location. Staff were wonderful, especially my concierge Moss - so friendly, helpful and attentive to my needs. This included arranging restaurant bookings, providing relevant information, and anything else I needed, including even rescuing my iPad from the bar where I forgot it upon departure, and arranging for it to be carefully packed and couriered to my hotel in Bangkok so it reached me the next day before my return to Australia. It was perfect.
