I regularly come to Samui for business, and this place is perfect for me. Great value, lovely staff and a food location for what I need. I love the old school Thai designs of the rooms. I would suggest people stay at the rear rooms, just because the main road is quite noisy and bright.

The room was very spacious and was almost done... Curtains couldn't close... But room was getting dateted... I contacted the hotel to inform I was disabled. The room I was given was approx 100 meters up a steep incline then up a flight of stairs down a walkway to the furthest room in the whole hotel. The staff did their best to assist but the accommodation was totally unsuitable. To top this off they are modifying room's in the hotel and the noise of jack hammer will drive you out of the room... The pool is dirty and has no skimmer to take out floating waist.

The property is a short walk to the beach and restaurants. It’s an Oder property, the bathroom has hairs on the floor and the toilet seat was disgusting. . I could hear the adjoining room talking all the time. The pool was dirty with molded pool chairs.

Second time staying here. I love the location, as it's abit out of the way. The rooms are huge, and well equipped, smart TVs you can watch English language tv. There's bath tubs in the bathroom, which is rare for Thailand. Two swimming pools and a restaurant downstairs. Great value for money too. A new thing for Thailand, they don't give any powdered milk in the rooms for coffee. Basically means you have to have black coffee in the morning . This has been almost everywhere I have stayed in the past couple of years.

Location, big terrace Walls are thin to hear through, no noice protection from neighboring rooms. Nobody came for cleaning within 4 days stay.

Clean and spacious room on a very quiet place close to the beach (less than 5 minutes),many restaurants, 7eleven, scooter rental. The room had a jaccuzi bathtub. They have 4 choices of breakfast and the french pastries were very good. The staff is very kind and they clean your room everyday if needed. Very good value for money. I really recommend the place When they serve the breakfast, they should bring all at the same time.

Everything! Location near one of the best beaches in Samui (Choeng Mon). Huge villa by Thailand standards, free parking, small but nice swimming pool, excellent view!

This hotel is in a great location and the nearby beach is very nice. The staff are great, the hotel is clean, the service is great, and the pool is very nice. I did not have any breakfast at the hotel so I can't speak to that.

This place went well beyond our expectations. The room was huge with a great balcony and view. The TV was top shelf, bathroom complete with a tub that you could fill without worry of running out of hot water. It is a short walk of 5 minutes to the main road where you can find transportation. The beach is within a 12 minute walk.. Although we did not use the pool, it looked inviting. All staff were polite and courteous. I would strongly recommend this place if you are in search of a quiet location, but easy to get to the louder parts of town. Nothing!!!!

This was the best place we stayed at during our time in Asia. The room is huge and was tasteful. The TV is high definition, the air keeps you cool, always hot water, a nice tub to soak in and best of all, a huge terrace overlooking the bay. The staff were always there when you needed them. We experienced a minor issue with a door, which was promptly addressed. We spent 4 days here, and if you are staying in the region, this makes for a very comfortable long-term hotel to stay at. The nightly price is such a bargain! Although not on the noisy strip, a 15-minute ride gets you there. Having to leave.

I have seen unforgettable sunrises. Everything was great. The staff was kind and helpful. The room is big clean and well equipped. Let’s not forget the hot tub. I will absolutely come back.

  • Engine customer Apr 2025

Good thing is the room is big that’s it Everything looks old need to do maintenance There is no elevator so I have to carry my luggage to 3rd floor The AC didn’t work properly so it’s hot and upset Water run very slow and the worse thing is the water stop running in the afternoon for many hours so the hotel need a lot to improve

  • Engine customer Mar 2025

10 minute walk to the beach, 5 minutes to all of the choeng mon restaurants In the villa specifically, there was a wooden door that leads to the outside that can’t really be opened, but it did cause some mosquitos to sneak in through the slats

Its location was fine. The room articles and the furniture was old.The bed was uncomfortable. The room cleaning was not done properly.Isolation facilities were poor.

  • Engine customer Jan 2025

excellent value for money. spacious and airy rooms, a giant bathroom. A pleasant hot shower with powerful water stream. a big balcony with a comfy couch as well as a hot electric stove and a dishwashing sink in case if you feel like cooking It is an old hotel, so some things like lighting in the bathroom around the mirror was out of order - a bit dark. Same problem with lighting in the bedroom. the lights above the headboard were broken. an old reclining reading lamp on the desk that is impossible to adjust because it is too old.

I loved the sea view from the private balcony, the huge room with spacious bathroom, and a deep tub. We were able to check in early, which was great. The pool is behind the second building. It's large and was a great way to cool off in the afternoon. The guests next door were playing a song on repeat loudly on their balcony while I was trying to fall asleep. Not the resort's fault though.
