Right in front of the room with glass doors, there was a large number of public sunbeds, so there was absolutely no privacy. The air conditioner had a temperature display that could not be turned off, and at night it lit up the entire room, making it impossible to sleep in darkness. There was no phone to call the reception, so for every issue we had to walk there ourselves. We wanted to cancel the room immediately because it was old and did not match the photos, but we were refused.

No, but you should know the area is very quiet at night. There are some very good restaurants on the main road. It is a 5 to 10 minute walk. Same for the 7-11.

Excellent service from the staff, housekeeping was amazing. The view from our balcony was right on the water and it was amazing. Although in the rainy season, and the water was rough and not clear and calm, it was still a great stay regardless.

Personnel at the front desk were nice and helped me check into my room no problem. The beach was nice, but is a little way from the city, but the proximity to the beach was fantastic. The location of the room was horrendous. Right next to the street and where all the foot traffic passes through to get to the beach. It was almost impossible to sleep. The room was also filled with mosquitos when I got in late at night getting ready to go to bed. The facilities were underwhelming, and the toilet always smelled of sewage when flushed.

Great location, helpful staff. The room was facing the main road, so was a bit loud during the night due to traffic. The beds were hard.

The cleaning staff kept insisting and annoying us every day, even though we asked them not to do it anymore.

The location, the great view, drinking water for free, the staff. The hotel is quite far from everything. The room that we had was facing the morning sun and it was impossible to open the curtains or to sit in the porch. Also the curtains weren't good enough to hide the sun so we woke up early every morning. Also there was no privacy in the room because it was right near the outside dining room, so the curtains had to be shut down all the time.

Nice hotel, but it’s right on a busy road. We could hear cars and motorbikes in our room. Nice beach, shallow , it’s said to be the the most beautiful beach on Samui. Lamai center is 25 min walking. There are good restaurants 7-10 min walking and an amazing french bakery 25 min walking. Overall we had a good stay, rooms nice, beds comfortable, bathroom ok. The restaurant at the hotel has tasty food but little pricey.

Location. Right on the beach, pool was great, restaurant was amazing but expensive. Our bathroom in room 103 was terrible. Smelled of mold and ceiling was leaking from room above.

The only complaint was the bathroom, even though it had a vast, unique rock in the middle, there were no shower curtains or walls to contain the water spray.
