Nice staff, beautiful garden and authentic Thai experience! Note that this is strictly a bed & breakfast style accommodation - the check in/out times are non negotiable, and there are no extra services like laundry, etc. (there are laundry shops 5 minute walk from the place). Keep it in mind when planning. No smoking on the premises. At least in the room was staying in, there's no soundproofing at all. You can hear every vehicle which passes on the nearby road and if you're a light sleeper it can be an issue.

Very comfortable with full facilities and great value for money, Location is exactly the same as on Booking.com map .. 10 mins Drive to Chaweng and Samui Airport . I did not book room with Breakfast but I can order it if I wanted to. Everything is good

Beautiful house very peaceful surroundings by lush tropical garden. Surrounded by Banyan trees. Everything was very nice. Just a short walk to the beach.

Very homey stay, really feels like you're staying with friends as opposed to a hotel. Nice house in a green garden. Great location if you want to be in a quiet bit of Samui, but not too far from the hustle and bustle. we stayed just after they opened up after the low season and the room, especially the bathroom was a bit out of use shall we say. I'm sure this will clear up once it rains less and the room gets more use. The beds were very low. Other than that, everything was great!

Beautiful bedroom and Thai style property. Located very near to Samui airport. The owner Tok was very helpful in recommending placed to visit on the island. The room rate was very good and could not find this price in my country with this standard of cleanliness and service. Definitely stay here again when I back on the island.

I was recommended to stay at this property. Before I arrived i called the property and the owner Tok was very helpful and informed me how to get to the property. The room type was very clean and very convenient walking distance to restaurant and beaches. I only booked for one night but I wish I could have stayed longer. As the property was very quiet and relaxing.

room was big but we also paid for a big room so …. the attitude. the location. the shower. the sheets. the towels very old place and again the atitude- first the answer is no or cannot no matter what we ask
