The staff are exceptionally friendly and welcoming, the owner invited me to choose between available rooms when I arrived since they had several available options. Room service was also very good. The room felt clean and comfortable. the location was amazing for me, very close to the beach and there are planty of restaurants, convenience stores nearby, many small businesses and great night markets. I generally was very satisfied here. Also asked to extend my stay one more night and was offered price similar to the price I paid per night in Booking. Only problem I had was with the shower in my room, the water flow was really weak though temperature control worked fine.

Loved the location! Tucked away in a corner, away from the busy street, but still very walkable to beach, markets, bars, etc. Bonny was extremely kind and we never saw her not smiling. Amazing staff & very affordable. The door to the balcony didn’t lock & chair on balcony was broken- but we never felt unsafe either.

Bonny Hotel is a little gem in the heart of Lamai Beach. The hotel location is excellent with a 5 minute walk to the beach, and numerous choices of international and Thai food restaurants and bars a short walk away, yet the hotel remains quiet at night despite the central location. The rooms are comfortable and clean, with good bathrooms, a good balcony to sit outside and comfortable in-room seating and bed. The staff are amazing. They are incredibly friendly and helpful and make everyone feel like family with their genuine warmth and kindness. Excellent value for money, a good location and wonderful staff.

This was easily the most hospitable & friendliest staff on my visit to Phuket & Ko Samui. Nong especially was so kind. I requested a lower floor in advance and got it. My suitcase handle was damaged by airport baggage staff somewhere..Nong organised to get it fixed.Organised taxi for me to airport..cheaper than Grab! I cannot but recommend this great hotel. I'm known as Dan and Nong remembered this every time! A few small things..bathroom a little dated..and a little difficult to turn off the air-conditioning.. button on remote a bit dodgy

Nice, clean, spacious rooms just two minutes walk from the centre of Lamai Beach, but it's the helpfulness of Nong and Lek that make a stay at the Bonny Hotel a truly exceptional experience. March 2025: There is ongoing construction work taking place right next to the hotel, and this is quite intrusive in the daytime, but we were made aware of this at the time of booking.

Really loved my stay here. The owner helped me coordinate transportation and was super helpful with information about the area. All of the staff were very welcoming. The hotel is in a fabulous location. Within a 5min walk from everything you could need. Really great restaurants everywhere as well. Would stay here again!
