Close proximity to the beach and great location. Good value for money. No elevators. If you have older people with you, message the property to reserve a room at the bottom floor many days prior to your the trip.

Well run, core establishment, relaxed, and non-intrusive. The facilities have aged a bit and the gym could do with a bit of tlc.

Staff doesn't check towels or count them properly at the pool. They wanted to charge me 1000 baht for it.

Checkout and check-in was super fast. Hotel operates very efficiently. I requested bed decoration with flowers and they really did a good job! Gym is rather primitive, everything else matches the expectations relative to the price point.

Only the location First of all, stay away from this place. No matter what, do not book this hotel. My experience was absolutely terrible. The hotel staff behave as if this is some kind of labor camp rather than a hospitality business. The hotel has absurd rules, and guests are treated as if they should be grateful for being there despite paying extremely high prices. The staff simply follow orders from management without any regard for common sense or the actual situation. The breakfast policy is ridiculous. Breakfast is served only until 10:00 AM, and even before that time arrives, staff begin removing the food. Within just a few minutes, everything is gone, and if you arrive even two minutes late, they refuse to let you take a coffee or a piece of fruit. Everything requires special approval. Whenever you make a request or raise a complaint, the answer is almost always that it is impossible or that it cannot be done. Guests are not allowed to properly cool their rooms, and only one room key is provided. At the pool, towels are controlled with a card system and guests are allowed only one towel. The towels in the rooms smelled awful, and the room itself had an unpleasant smell as well. To make matters worse, on my last day the entire swimming pool turned green and looked contaminated. The water was visibly discolored and clearly not in a condition that anyone would want to swim in. When I asked the staff about it, they simply told me that everything was fine and that there was no issue. It was obvious that something was wrong with the pool, yet nobody seemed concerned and no action was taken. That response perfectly reflected the attitude of the hotel throughout my stay. This was the least welcoming hotel staff I have ever encountered, especially in Thailand, where hospitality is usually excellent. There seemed to be no interest in making guests feel comfortable or enjoy their stay.

Very good location and great staff! Also free transfer from airport! Breakfast was amazing and good location, with a nice swimming pool and 7/11 across the street. We prolonged our stay here. However room floor was very dirty. If you took a shower and went into the room your feet would black. Also there was an cockroach underneath the bed (well it is an jungle island). But besides that everything was great and of great value through Booking.com.

Right on the beach, great view from the pool Location is right in the city area, lots of bars and restaurants once walked out of the hotel. One 711 across the road from the hotel. Room comes with a decent sized balcony, rooms are standards, no issues. Reception staff were very friendly to us. But the staff in the restaurant and pool were not the same. They didn’t speak English and communication was hard, plus they were not friendly and didn’t have any concept of good customer services. The pool area has not got enough loungers, so early in the morning around breakfast times, they were all occupied or taken by towels left on them. So if you miss that; you won’t have a good experience with using the pool. In addition, the breakfast was poor in selection and didn’t feel very hygienic. Saw flies around the food, lots of cheap selections with poor qualities. Most times, they were empty. Didn’t really like them

The location only The breakfast place so dirty no hygiene at all, never asked the reception for something and they said they will have it for me , poor communication with reception I asked them for extra key as I want to put the ac on they refused to give me extra key but the other customer they got

During we stay power was shut down for whole night (8pm-4pm next day). Super hot

The staff was not nice this time. I have been there a few times before and was impressed with the service, but this time the reception staff were not friendly. I don’t know why—it felt like they didn’t want to serve us. At one point, I called to ask about cleaning the room. They asked me if I had hung the sign for cleaning. Of course I did—I hung it since 10 a.m., and now it’s already 4 p.m. and the room still hasn’t been cleaned. Why ask me that question? If I hadn’t hung the sign, I won’t call you

Close to the action on the strip but quiet within the property.
