Wonderful staff and a fantastically designed hotel. Rooms were well thought out with lots of space for a family of four. Loved the buggies that shuttled us about. Fabulous swimming pools and a truly 10star breakfast buffet. You can't walk to anything, so need to use taxis.

Well maintained and beautiful property. Staff were very welcoming and friendly. The pools are amazing as also the Yangna restaurant that serves breakfast. Breakfast spread is quite good. I was quite surprised to find even veg Indian breakfast options in the buffet. Rooms and bathroom are spacious. The hotel is quite lively at night. The beach wasn’t swimmable. Maybe it was the time of the year…but I’m not sure. Would also like some water sport options like kayaking or stand-up paddle boarding onsite.

My partner and I really enjoyed this resort, it was very pretty as well as comfortable. The last day we finally walked down to the pool and beach area and regretted not going down there more. The breakfast was pretty good and the location was just right for us. We hope to come back next time! A few things we didn’t exactly like was we paid extra for an ocean view room but you couldn’t exactly see the ocean and there were many things blocking our view. Another thing was when we were walking into our room with our luggage, there was a cockroach running around the snack bar area. The staff was quick to try and find it but no luck. Later I asked if house keeping could do a deep clean just in case and also peace of mind. They did an excellent job and even checked in later with us at breakfast.

I didnt like the that Social club in the hotel close at 10 ..it suppose to close at 1am at least ..so that makes me upset

The facility was beautiful, the restaurants were top notch, and the staff were so hospitable and spoke English. Amazing family resort that is quiet and scenic. Nothing - everything about the hotel was excellent.

The property itself is beautiful! We loved everything about it. Pools were amazing, room was lovely and comfortable. The staff were also very kind and helpful. We had some health issues but the staff made sure we were doing alright and provided us with food and medicine. Even gave us a late check out which was very much appreciated. The beach was a bit pebbly! But it isn't the hotel's fault

This hotel was probably one of the best stays I ever had in my life. My girlfriend and I came here for 6 nights to start our month-long journey on Thailand and it couldn’t be any better. I’m not joking, I’ve stayed in over 50 hotels in my life from all ranges from budget, premium and even luxury ones and this one was one of the best. - The room was ready at 9:00 am when we came already which is very early and we were pleasantly surprised. They also let us checkout 1 hour later without any problem. I remind you I stayed in January which is the high-season in Thailand. - The room itself is wonderful, very spacious, clean, modern and luxurious with a very big bathtub and amazing view to the garden and ocean. The bed is just like a cloud. - The entire hotel design is ultra modern, very unique and luxurious. - The service of each staff member is just out of this world even for Thailand(where service is already very good). The service was absolutely top-notch especially from Rithik, the resort experience manager. - The breakfast was just WOW! the view on the tables each morning was incredible and food selection and quality was out of this world. - My girlfriend went to their spa for a treatment and told me it was the best treatment she ever received. She was especially happy with Jasmine at the Spa. I could go on and on about how wonderful this hotel is, and it truly is. I would and will recommend it to friends and family, and if you are wondering what is the best hotel in Koh Samui, and might even one the best ones in the world you should stay here!

Excellent service and well suited to families. Villa with Regency Club and other perks included were great value. Beach is rocky.
