A little noisy but it depends on which side you have your room.

Staff was great, location was great. The location was so good that the noise outside was booming from bars playing loud music and once they shut down from 2- 4:30 am people were outside seperating cans and bottles behing the bars. So noisey. It was very hard to sleep during the 6 day stay. Stay buzzed and the noise goes away.

I love the location and the cleaning staff was so friendly I didn't like that the door lock didn't feel secure , it looked like it was easily can be opened from the outside . huge gap in the door .

Location is great - you don't need a scooter or anything, you can stay here for a week. Bars, shops and restaurants all within 100m and because it was our first stop after Bangkok we enjoyed and used everything around. This hotel shares amazing beach facilities with more expensive hotel nearby - sunbeds, pool, beach bar etc.. I think price/quality ratio in this part of Koh Samui was amazing. At first we got a room facing massive concrete wall with dozens AC's. Luckily we were able to switch, if we wouldn't be able we would rate room 2/10 and hotel 9/10. Also, room is not big and you can hear music from bathroom because it has small window to the street side but it didn't bother us. If you already been/lived in noisy streets of Thailand this is just the same noisy street. After month of travelling in Thailand, the beach was too crowded compared to anything else we visited but this is not the hotel issue.

It was clean, interior was nice, close to a pretty beach. Beds were hard, pillows were flat, way closer to the main strip than we thought so it was extremely noisy at night. We unfortunately didn’t know what we were signing up for by staying here, and thought it was going to be a cute/trendy nice area but it was a strip chock full of tourist traps, bars that play trash music at the highest volume, and the area smelled like rotten garbage. Don’t recommend unless you’re looking for a major party scene (would’ve been fun in my early 20s maybe). Not an authentic Thai experience at all. Also the planes flying overhead every hour were very loud. This is not the hotels fault, but the location and general vibe of the area around it was just not what we were hoping and that is probably on us for not doing enough research. The beach was a nice beach but completely taken up by resort seating/restaurant chairs/etc. if you are looking for a party scene that is comparable to Cabo, this place will be good for you. If you’re looking for a relaxing, more authentic experience without a ton a tourists everywhere, do not stay here.

- location is very centric - staff are kind & helpful - beach side & pool are nice - comfortable bed - hot water & shower - first they gave me a very noisy room. But I complained a lot and they changed my room. My 2nd room was quieter. But overall the hotel is in a noisy area. - the rooms are very small. - a bit expensive for what it is

Comfortable and decent sized room (I got upgraded) in a convenient location close to the beach, nightlife, shopping and restaurants. It’s right next to it’s sister resort (Chaweng Garden Beach where I have also stayed) so you have access to the resort facilities. At night, there is noise from the bars on the main street, but I could only really hear it it the bathroom (due to the layout). And yes, the hotel is the airport flight path, but that’s an issue for many of the properties in the area. It was fairly quiet in the room itself, so I had no problems sleeping. I think the reviews complaining about the noise are a bit overblown, but if you’re sensitive to noise, you probably shouldn’t stay in that area of Chaweng Beach. However, I would gladly return. Low water pressure in the shower

A great place to stay in Samui, the staff is nice and helpful, the rooms are big and clean and the whole place in general has a very good vibe. At night it can get a bit noisy from the street but it's not that bad.

Airport and bars very close but not too disturbing or annoying..

Hotel is absolutely beautiful. Have everything what is need for perfect holiday in Samui, position, massage on the beach, two pools... Absolute gem. I try to remember something I didn't like but no, really everything was just a perfect.
-
The room was very close to the street and it's very loudly till 2:00am
-
Because of the location it can be very noisy due to nearby bars and clubs
-
The location was central and also had the best beach! the room was really nice, also the shower was very good. excellent restaurant, pool and other facilities.

Not value for money.
-
Great location, close to beach and shops, bars and restaurants. Two swimming pools to choose from. Free safe in room. Minor point but wardrobe door didn't open fully as clashed with bed.

The breakfast is mainly asian breafast so was not enjoyable for me I got sick from the air conditioner which made most of my visit horrible. The should be a schedule to clean the air conditioners.

Great Hotel staff very helpful and friendly, Location , clean tiny room , nice pool with two massage places around the pool , very beautiful beach with a lot of sunbeds inside and outside the Hotel , breakfast cost 400 bath and was not included in room price ( no obtion ) , little noisy in the night because of all clubs around the Hotel but it was ok because i usually sleep late
