Nothing much may be the missing parking slots for bike the rest all good.

SO NOISY!! My bed literally shook from the bass sounds, I could not fall asleep with ear plugs and headphones over them. Just terrible!

Location is great. Room is really beautiful actually. Nice staff. The room was so loud since it's on the walking street and just above a band so don't go if you want to sleep; the need better windows. It's very dark, the room that they put me in is directly behind the billboard so there is no natural light. They would not change my room in the 3 nights I stayed there.

the location is very loud, unless you would want to not sleep at the hotel and just be out for the night, could be the hotel for you. it was really loud outside until 3 am

Nice shower compared to other hotels of similar price. Extremely noisy clubs just under the hotel which don’t stop playing loud music until 1:30 am. The thin windows don’t help with that either… Rude staff when asking about this matter.

Facilities and staff are good and helpful. Impossible to sleep at night. We stayed at the street side of the hotel- horrible mistake, even though I’m not sure the other side is much better. The hotel is located near two unbelievably loud bars, that played live music the loudest way possible till 4am (when the electricity fell) We actually had to stay out of the hotel for most of the night because the noise was simply unbearable. Probably the loudest location on the street.

Location right at center The noise from the bar it’s really crazy, too much bum to the wall of the room till 2am. If you’re not a party boy or girl, just stay in Koh Samui for exploring nature you should not stay here, nothing for relaxing at all ?

Very nice equipped room and clean Staff was not that friendly. In the night the whole room vibrated because it felt like someone played live music in my room.

Perfectly located hotel in the heart of the island , rooms are clean and cozy and the staff is way more than professional and honest… there’s a story worth sharing regarding the staff of this hotel that has to be shared . I forgot a BIG amount of money at my hotel room and realized that when I landed in Bangkok… I called the staff hopelessly, however they managed to take the money and transfer it back to me … Fantastic staff for a breathtakingly beautiful hotel .. and I’d like to thank Mr. George Ryan the respective receptionist for his honesty and efforts
