Absolutely gorgeous facilities and awesome staff! It’s a trek down the hill but the 24/7 golf cart rides up and down made it no problem!

Good location, great staff, layout and decoration were great. Pool needs cleaning. AC leaked some water. Too many huge ants around the pool area. One bit my toe. Fitness Center (gym) equipment was very poor, and only took 3 people at a time.

The hotel is out dated and food is less than satisfactory. Room has an old smell to it. The room key didn't work until 10pm.

Very welcoming staff, great location with a lot of vegetation, very nice pool with a easy to use towel system, divers breakfast menu, room very comfortable.

Unfortunately the beach was closed due to storm damage and the need for repairs. The hotel management as compensation offered complimentary dinner every night plus one free spa or the option to check in to their 5 star hotel just 500 meters away. We chose to stay and still had a wonderful time …dinner was exceptional !

Wasn’t really much I liked to be honest. Wasn’t true to the description or photos. Definitely not 4* that’s for sure Wasn’t like what was advertised,very tired, dated, breakfast was always cold,ripped bedding, I would say this was a 3* not 4* for sure

It was peaceful. I was told a broken pipe was the cause of no water in my villa for two days out of the five I was there. Also, the phone didn’t work off and on for a couple days.

The room itself was impressively spacious and impeccably clean, creating a welcoming atmosphere that made my stay even more enjoyable. One of the standout features of my experience was the staff. They were incredibly helpful and attentive, always ready to assist with any requests or questions I had. Their promptness and willingness to go the extra mile truly enhanced my stay. While my stay at the hotel was largely enjoyable, there were a few aspects that left something to be desired. One major issue was the water temperature in the shower; it was extremely cold, making for me uncomfortable bathing experience. Similarly, the pool water was also quite chilly, which was disappointing, especially on days when I wanted to relax and swim. Another point of concern was the buffet. I found the options to be quite limited, which may not suit everyone's taste or dietary preferences and its not muslim friendly. Lastly, I understand that a storm had recently affected the beach, leading to significant damage. While I recognize that this was beyond the hotel's control, it was still disappointing to see the beach in such a state, as it impacted the overall experience. Despite these drawbacks, I appreciate the hotel's efforts and hope to see improvements in these areas on future visits.

Great location with ocean view. Excellent customer service & support. A bit hilly not easily accessible for wheelchairs but the bogie does provide a good ride around the facility. Exercise equipment is limited for use but the resort is partnering with another larger complex- very accommodating with satisfaction.
