Fabulous staff, good variety of facilities. This is a beautiful resort and the rooms are beautiful

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel and would happily recommend it. The staff deserve special mention — they were exceptionally friendly, responsive, and always ready to help with any request. The housekeeping was excellent: the rooms were cleaned thoroughly and consistently, with great attention to detail. The beds were very comfortable, the pillows were excellent, and the bed linen felt clean and of very good quality, which made the stay even more relaxing. Breakfast was another highlight, with a good variety of fresh and tasty options every morning. Overall, this is a very well-run hotel with great service, clean rooms, comfortable beds, and a welcoming atmosphere. We would definitely consider staying here again and can recommend it to other guests.

Gardens and architecture are nice and pretty Not a 5 star accommodation, as we arrived, no one greeted us, and we had to lift our own baggage (3 luggage’s, baby stroller, 2 backpacks) and we were a couple, pregnant wife, and a 2 year old girl. We ordered the king suite, which was disappointing, the bathroom and bathtub were dirty, as if we got into another guest’s room. The floor was creaking like crazy, every little move was loud, even our daughter moving inside the crib made the floor creek so loud it woke her up and she refused to sleep all night. Also, the main road passing through the hotel, makes the pool and beach much less accessible, and every motorcycle passes on the island’s main road is heard aloud inside the room. There almost no staff in the hotel, feels very undermanned. The only good and fair thing is that we booked 6 nights in advance, and after the first night we decided to leave due to all of the above, and they were fair to charge us only for the first night, even though the cancellation policy didn’t strict them to do so. I think it is a decent place, but not a five star resort.

Staff are friendly & helpful. Communication & service are great. Facilities at the beach club across the road are good. Location is within walking distance of good restaurants. Beach club food & drinks prices are steep.

The hotel is beautiful and the rooms were spacious and very clean. The buffet breakfast and the pools were amazing and their other facilities esp the kids club and the Edgewater club were our favorite! We loved our stay.

Property’s location is good. Staff is very friendly. It is very clean and well maintained. Breakfast is also very good. Nothing to complain about.

Really enjoyed the stay here - great location and beautiful beachfront. Building architecture is stunning, and lots of variety on the breakfast. Highly recommend for couples. Only issue was the checkout being told additional hours would be chargeable, understand if the room was required but if it’s available then I think a couple of hours additional should be free of charge considering late flight time - would have been 10/10 otherwise!

The facilities are good, breakfast was good, staff good, pool area good Location not good far for everything, the town is way too far to walk, the beach was right there but the ocean right in front is brown and smell bad like dead fish, I had to walk about 20 minutes to crystal beach that was nice. Definitely a hotel for family with small kids, they were everywhere. Not great if you want to relax.

We had an amazing stay - the staff were incredibly lovely and did a thoughtful gesture for me and my partner, which made it feel extra special. Our room was spacious, spotless, and so comfortable. The overall hotel, garden and pools were just beautiful, and we really enjoyed relaxing at the different pool areas throughout the day. The breakfast buffet was honestly one of the best we’ve ever had, with a broad variety of foods and so many delicious options. The location was great, and we also enjoyed visiting the onsite gym and the games room. We truly miss this place already and can’t wait to come back one day! N/A - everything was great.

The rooms were nice, The massage service at the pool The reception (Ple specifically) and the nice man who welcomes guests. I liked the live show on the sand at dinner. Crossing the street to go to the large pool is a bit of a drag. Also, for the inner court pool (for those who want a quiet space), there’s no service. The beach was bad.

The hotel was in a very secluded spot and the grounds were beautifully maintained , had various pools to swim in and facilities for kids Our family room had a huge chair dumped in the middle of the room, apparently you can dump a fold out couch in a standard room and call it a family room. Definitely wasn’t enough room for parents and kids in the one room
