Amazing location with beach and lots of food options Some improvements would make an impact: replacing keys with cards, updating the aircon systems. Also sheets were a bit old and ruined

Lovely large rooms, very comfortable beds. Great location on the beach. Only negative was that we had a small issue of no hot water in the showers. But the water wasn’t to cold so I you could still take a shower and it was refreshing in the heat.

This hotel is nice with spacious rooms, it has nice access to the beach and you can get massages right on the beach while listening to the waves, it has a very nice pool, there are some excellent restaurants right across the street Breakfast is pretty basic, not a lot of choices for the price you pay, location is not very good a bit far of most of the attractions on the island, in the room I had, the shower was old and wasn't functioning properly (I had to call maintenance but it was still not great) and also you get little notes for breakfast and you have to use them for each day. I saved one of the notes to the next day but they said I could not use it and made me pay for breakfast despite the fact that I had an extra note

A family run hotel on the beach with great staff that would go out of their way to help , booked day trips and taxis from the hotel which were very good . Good food and close to a lovely cocktail bar and restaurants. No noise at night so very peaceful. This was our second stay so did not disappoint, we would go again Could do with some new sunbeds a bit tired

The room was nice. The hotel is on the beach and has sun loungers. Sitting outside next to the beach for breakfast on the first morning was nice (not possible on the other mornings because of the weather). The swimming pool area was nice with surrounding trees. The beach is ok but not exceptional and the other end of the beach is nicer. Breakfast also ok but not great and we did not eat any other meals here (recommend Kirati). The young bloke in The next bungalow was smoking cannabis on his veranda morning and evening. Not stopped despite many children at the resort.

Excellent Thai food in the restaurant. Very friendly and helpful staff. Shower was not very powerful, could do with an upgrade.

Rooms are big. Clean . Beach front. There are many other options around the same area with the same price !!! Which they would offer more ! Every night we went to other hotels bar and coffee shops we enjoyed music and drinks. Since our hotel was completely dark and closed. End of the beach like 10 minutes walking there is an amazing lounge called PI Samui . Is a must to visit they provide 5 star meal and beverage . We even enjoyed our massage in other hotels which they looked much cleaner than ps hotel . What a terrible reception! Looks like a messy travel agency. In general hotel is old ! Breakfast was just ok. Cold coffee every day ! If you need hot milk you have to ask which they are not happy to provide ! They really could improve if they wanted !
