Gorgeous location , great and quite place to be at. I’m in love with Saii really. I’ve been in phi phi too. But I have some issues with having all the breakfast being ordered and not to have some portion of it in buffet

SAii Koh Samui Villas is one of the most beautiful hotels I have ever visited (and a local photographer took some pictures for us there during our stay and also she said that the hotel is one of the most beautiful places in the island)! It is located on more quieter area so you can have a peaceful night and still Chaweng and other areas are easily reachable. The hotel area is very green and there are nice shadows too where to escape the heat if necessary. Beautiful pool area. The staff were the best. They were always smiling and helpful. They really try to make your stay the best possible. The resort is adults only so it is peaceful. And they have very convenient app through which you can handle all kind of needs eg order food or extra cleaning for the pool etc. Beds were really good. The hotel is located so that at least during our stay, there was always a nice breeze around the pool area which was nice during the hotter days. The area is spotless and the staff really looks after the cleanliness. The only thing was that during our stay the waves brought lot of rubbish to the beach. As two ladies travelling we would have needed few more hooks to the bathroom to hang our stuff and towels. As there are only two hooks in the bathroom, you hang everything on one hook. Also there is ample worktop around the basin, however again as ladies there could be an extra drawer etc in the room to fit all the stuff ladies tend to have with them :)

Such a beautiful place. After seeing a few places my other family members were staying further into the main area, I am absolutely thrilled I booked this place for my first stay in Koh Samui. It is such a tranquil paradise and the staff are so lovely. Nothing - it was amazing.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, always ready to help. The room and all common areas were spotless and very well maintained. Breakfast was fresh, varied, and delicious. The bed was super comfortable, and you can tell they’ve thought of every detail to make guests feel at home. Highly recommended!

The only minor complaint we have is the welcome towels were a bit ripped and it gave us a bad impression initially. The breakfast buffet was modest and underwhelming compared to the room service breakfast.

Everything about my stay was excellent, from the comfort of the hotel to the outstanding level of service. The staff were extremely polite, professional, and genuinely welcoming, which made the experience even more special. The atmosphere was relaxing, the service was consistently high, and attention to detail was clearly noticeable throughout my stay. It is truly a memorable experience and definitely worth repeating. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Thailand.

Amazing property and staff. Had the best time enjoying the pool and the beach. Staff were so helpful and attentive. The room was also very clean and comfortable. I asked for an extra bed for my friend and they came and set one up very fast. A little far from chaweng beach touristy area.

The place is remote. There are very few sites or services within walking distance. A taxi is required for every exit. We missed this.

We were a group of 18, and every one of us had a pleasant experience. It's an all villa resort with a plunge pool in every villa. The villas were well laid out, spacious, and well maintained. Hospitable and professional staff. Thanks to Little, who attended to us every morning at breakfast. Decent breakfast spread.

The staff were amazing and so helpful and accommodating in every way. Location was perfect. A bit out of the hassle and bussle and nice and quiet. But yet close to nice restaurants and amenities. Loved our stay there. Rented a scooter at the entry to the hotel. Bike rental was so easy and didn't need a deposit or even our passports.

This is a beautiful resort with great facilities, the villas are lovely and well maintained. The location isn’t ideal, it felt a bit too far from everything. The beach is not like it looked in photos and it was super windy every day we were there (not sure if it is always like that).
