Great hotel. Clean, nice and friendly staff. Private Beach in the hotel. The method of breakfeat. You need to order special eggs. Until they arrive.. we finish our breakfest?

Everything was excellent. The room was very clean, spacious, and well organized. The ocean and garden views were beautiful. The couch inside the room and on the balcony was very comfortable. The breakfast had many varieties and tasted great. The beach bar was amazing, and the room had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. What made the experience even more special was the staff ; they went above and beyond, especially the bar team. They turned our regular dinner into an amazing romantic dinner night for me and my wife, which made our stay unforgettable. The only thing I noticed was that the resort itself is not as big as it appears in the pictures, and the overall compound feels a bit narrower in person than expected. Also, the beach is not the best for swimming. Other than that, everything else was excellent.

We loved the pacific facilities, the kindness of the staff, the food, the amenities it provides through their own app, the view from the room, the cleanliness Sometimes our room had a foul smell and we think it came through the water network of the air conditioning, it was a minimal thing but it would kill the mood whenever it came

Its a nice hotel, cozy and relaxing, the view from the room was amazing Rooms cleanliness need to be a lot improved. It doesn’t have that “resort” vibe at is super small.

We had a wonderful stay at Culture Samui Hotel during our honeymoon. The hotel is beautiful, peaceful, and perfectly located right by the beach. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and welcoming. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay, especially Lala ana Niga always greeting us with a smile and making sure we were comfortable. Their hospitality really made a difference and helped make our trip even more special. The pool, beach views, and facilities were excellent, and the breakfast offered a good variety of options. We truly enjoyed our time here and would happily recommend Culture Samui Hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing stay in Koh Samui. Stayed at The Culture Samui and had a really great experience overall. The hotel atmosphere is beautiful, peaceful, and perfect for relaxing. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout the stay, and the rooms were clean, comfortable, and well designed. The location is also convenient with a nice beach vibe around the property. One small issue was the noise from the nearby club at night, but the team was responsive and tried to assist. Aside from that, everything else was excellent. Would definitely recommend for anyone visiting Koh Samui. Everything was good .

Also private beach. Nice lobby with free soft drinks& sweets & jym open 24/7. Breakfast is wonderful & the stuff are very helpful & kind. The entrance to the hotel from the street is under construction & not so comfortable.

The front desk, the cleaning crew, restaurants servers were all ultra polite and smiley. They were the best part of the stay.

The staff was incredible, so helpful and kind! Our room was great and right on the beach. The pool was very nice too. Very nice hotel! They accommodated our vegan breakfast request and were super helpful overall! They are going through constructions in some areas of the hotel, so there were a lot of employees around the pool and beach areas which was a bit uncomfortable.

The room was clean, and the staff were nice The hotel private beach is on harbor so the beach is unpleasant, so as the water of the pool there are only 8 seats available and they are always occupied so there is no place to sit. The room is small and exposed to all the guests at the pool and there is no privacy.

The facility was nice and the location was great. Room cleaning was great and provided a turn down service with a new snack every night. The private pool villas are not as private as excepted. There was constant construction above our private area and sewer smell. Pool area does not comfortably support the number of guests. The front reception asked my girlfriend for her passport, implying she was a prostitute coming back to my room for the night. This was pretty rude and upsetting.

Excellent! The location was convenient to the airport and very easy for tour pickups. A smaller property with personalized boutique service. Attentive yet not intrusive. The room was clean. Comfortable and modern. Hotel management inquired daily regarding stay and if quests required anything. The dining was a pleasant surprise- high quality, reasonably priced, delicious with locally sourced fresh ingredients. If visiting Samui, highly recommend this property. We will stay again. The street in front of the property is undergoing improvement. Short term disruption (spring 2026) for long term infrastructure gains. Not a deal breaker and the street is still passable.

Pool villa was amazing

Clean modern lines, well equipped rooms. Receptionist was surly and gives a negative vibe to check in and check out.

I genuinely loved my stay. The property was spacious, beautifully designed, and had a lovely view. The bathroom was also quite impressively large. The room was cleaned regularly basically housekeeping and maintenance were consistent and well done. beautifully maintained, and in a great location with a 7-Eleven nearby. The pool was very clean, the beach was lovely, and the breakfast and food overall were excellent. The staff were incredibly kind and made my birthday special with decorations and a cake. Everything was well packaged and thoughtfully done. The only drawbacks were minor. A 2,000 THB security deposit was charged upon arrival, which was not clearly mentioned during booking, and I did not see the refund reflected in my account. I also experienced a slight bathroom drainage issue initially, but it was resolved promptly. The property is very quiet with no live music or nightlife on-site, so guests seeking evening entertainment may need to go elsewhere.

rooms was awesome, shower was amazing and the breakfast was unexpectedly great.. really enjoyed it.

The pillows weren't hard enough, we asked to replace them and they were still too soft. Also, we were told to use the app to contact reception, but when we used it we didn't get an answer nor what we asked for.

Housekeeping kept rooms clean. Sea facing view with gallery 7-11 just opposite hotel. So makes it very easy. The breakfast room is very small & there is a scope to improve the variety & offerings. Fresh juice was given only half QTY in glass. Location is not happening which I was aware. So people who wants to stay for calm, quiet and peaceful holiday can consider. After 12 midnight it's completely dark and all shops closed.
