The staff were friendly . The beds were very hard and pillows, the hotel is set in front of beach but doesn’t look any good to go in for a swim, all the sand bags let it down. Bit outdated , pool lounges old.

The staff. The poor quality of the room & the lack of the owner to try to resolve. Very expensive for quality. Do not stay at the Waterfront hotel.

A wonderful position. Very quiet end of Fishermans Village and great sea views . The staff are lovely and breakfast was perfect.

Not much noise but close to walking street. Nice garden wit pool. Long beach. Comfortable rooms. Too close to sewer river. Not a big problem, but one needs to walk away a little to swim.

Location Very tired and dated, Rooms are way overpriced for what you actually get. There really is nothing “Boutique” about it at all.

Everything within walking distance. Good Air Conditioning Staff welcoming Old and tired. Needs serious renovation. Not the best beach .

The owners and staff were exceptional. Chris, the owner was able to offer priceless advice to reconcile a flight booking error. There was an issue with the safe on arrival requiring the use of a key which was lost for 12 hours.

Location is perfect for Fisherman’s village without being too noisy. The staff are super friendly and the place is lovely

The location was spot on right next to the sea. The rooms weren’t up to any standard. First room air con didn’t work and they repeatedly put people in there and had to be moved the next day. Sink leaked all the time we were there making floor slippery. Shower head came off the wall. Toilet ran constantly for 11 days. One chair outside broken so couldn’t sit comfortably there and the sun beds were old and dirty. The location is fantastic but drastically needs improvement. Sadly very expensive for what we experienced. Cleaning staff were fantastic.

Properties in a fantastic location staff are really friendly nice bar The hotel is really rundown and needs a lot of money spending on it all the sun umbrellas around the pool are falling apart sun lounges are not the best rooms are clean but the curtains and net were really dirty you pay a lot for the location

the location The pictures do not represent reality. The spot is perfect, the hotel is mediocre. It is absolutely clear that the owner only takes and absolutely has not been investing for many years. Everything is worn out! Pillows on chairs at the poolside are really dirty, the mattresses on beds near the pool are cracked and worn out. That is what salt, sand, sun, rain and wind will do. We were told construction will take place this Spring, but above all this place needs investment in maintenance!

The family who run the hotel are probably the best hosts I have experienced. They let us use their bbq for new years and even went to get us some prawns off the beach ! Honestly, me and the boys can’t thank them enough.
