The owner is a nice and chill Italian man. The cleaning staff were very exceptional. What I didn’t like was that they removed breakfast and can’t stay more than one month ?

Great location, nice and quiet yet very close to everything. The staff is super helpful and very acconodating, everything I requested was no problem. Overall it was a very nice stay

- Comfortable bed - Shampoo, shower gel and soap available - apart from the cockroach very clean in the room - Pool area (good sunbeds, umbrellas, tables, sofa and armchairs) - bathroom - shower - Electricity and air conditioning works even when you are out of the room - Staff speak English - Does not offer cab and ferry tickets, but recommended me a good and cheap store - No glass or cup available - The "swing" of the air conditioning is out (broken) - 1 cockroach in the room - Door lets in a lot of noise from the street - But the walls are also very, very thin... The person next to me was on the phone to someone at 4am. You can clearly hear every word as if she was in the same room - Motorcycle rental: waited over half an hour for motorcycle... (But that's not the hotel's fault. It was the motorcycle rental company) But then the motorcycle was very good - Laundry service took longer than 24 hours and when I got it, my things and those of another person were mixed up and I had to see what was mine and what wasn't - but after I separated mine from the other person's, the clothes were at least clean. - After room service, I was suddenly given a bed sheet with a big hole in it (I would have preferred to keep the one I had the day before)

Very friendly couple who own it. A truly stunning outside pool area, just like the pictures. Very friendly atmosphere. Room was lovely and clean, nice bathroom too. Air con could have been a little stronger, but was not an issue that would stop you from sleeping.

Very low price, availability the day before booking. The room was ready before we moved in. Pretty cozy room for 4 and the pool. although, there are questions about it The pool was more or less clean only the first half of the day, by the evening it was dirty, after the rain at night it remained dirty for the remaining 2 days of our stay

Spacious room, comfortable bed, nice cafes, beaches and gyms close by. There are a few cats and a dog that love to cuddle. There was a small issue with the bedding at check-in but it was very quickly resolved.

Friendly staff, nice property as shown on pictures, fairly central with easy access to the main spots. Good value for money for short stay. Bad wall isolation leading to other guests disturbing peace even if every door is locked. Area is somewhat shady, but in general this part of Koh Samui is not super nice.
