January 19 was a haven in paradise. The staff, cleanliness and comfort at this hotel/apartment was amazing. I can not praise the staff and facility enough. Thank you all for a great stay.

Amazing staff, helped me to it’s so much, went above and beyond. Will stay again. Can’t say a bad word.

The stove didnt work in our room at all. And please note that the hotel is partially serviced ( i.e there is no intercom in the room and you have to go to reception and get someone and there is no one in the reception at night, only in the day time) Luckily we never really planned to cook so it was alright for us.

It was nice clean and white… We booked a garden view but we looked at a wall and a bamboo frame. It’s on a busy street and a dangerous walk to the nearby very very busy area. Our friends from Singapore were able to book with bookings too for 2 nights (we did stay 2 weeks) and we asked for an extension for their booking while arriving at the little resort. Yes all okay and we agreed on a price. After a few days when they came for 2 nights and had to move rooms nothing was as agreed , no room and we had to spend the whole morning to find a hotelroom elsewhere. As it was last minute we had to pay a lot of money. Management was not on site and only apologised for their staff…. It was the same lady who hi promised us the room when we arrived so why didn’t she follow up? Was sick for 4 days after eating breakfast at their place…. You can never tell but ….

Construction work in the neighborhood was causing noise past midnight. This is something temporary and is out of owners control. So bear this in mind.

Small room , but staff gave us an extra chair

Beautiful garden and wonderful bathroom. Awesome breakfast.

The resort is located in chaweng and is very suitable for anyone who plans to visit the shopping areas and night life at chaweng as they are within 5 to 15 minutes walking distance. The resort is a bit further from the beach. The room and toilets are small but is cost effective for the location. There is a nice garden and outside sitting area but could not be used due to the direct sunlight, hot weather and limited shade. The resort has a nice cafe with some interesting breakfast options which are fairly priced. There a some very cute kittens at the reception for cat lovers. Highly recommend crystal Thai food restaurant which is abt 250 meters from the resort for anyone seeking excellent Thai food at a reasonable price and the Ark beach club at night for the beach party... Access it via the beach... ?

Clean and spacious. Staff were very accommodating and nice, they helped us with everything we requested. The cafe is also great. The location is a bit far away from Chaweng Beach, more towards the area where locals live.

Perfect staff, amazing food options and clean room. Internet was great as I could work online with no issue. Overall perfect place to stay! Ended up extending my stay one more week

very small room, we were disappointed

Very good location close to everything in terms of restaurants, night-life and great value for the money. Beds were a bit hard and AC blowing right over the bed.

Breakfast isn't included in the price, so you still have to pay for it at their restaurant. I believe it opens at 8am. Also with the rooms basically being in a garden, the path to the rooms is made of stepping stones in grass, which makes it difficult to roll a larger suitcase. Not a deal breaker for me personally, but be ready to carry your luggage for a handful of steps.

Staff were lovely, grounds are quite nice and you can walk to beach in less than 10 mins Door to room didn't quite seal closed. Walls seemed thin. We enquired about laundry but it was charged by item which is silly in my opinion. Would recommend self service nearby for much better price.

Large and bright space - lovely to have a little kitchenette and dining table as we were able to pick up some breakfast items to save money. Wifi was really good, which is not always the case in Thailand! Staff helpful in arranging airport transfers, even took us at 6am on departure. Most nights were quiet except one when there was a lot of noise from a nearby Muay Thai stadium. Close to a handful of decent restaurants with better prices than downtown. Walking in the immediate area is a bit rough going with no sidewalks and chaotic traffic. A bit better once out on the main street and we walked everyday at least to the nearby big mall (Central Samui) and back.
