That you cannot smoke on balcony, only a designated smoking area. But if you don't smoke it's not a problem.

Booked stays here a few times. The staff were super nice, especially Piak, he was the star of our stay. Breakfast was excellent for the price. Fresh fruits salads, hot food was tasty too and they rotate often. We also enjoyed the big pool the hotel offers. It never got too busy, guests and pool bar staff were quite chilled. I also enjoyed using the gym many times during our various stays here Some guests were smoking weed around the pool and in their rooms, the smell went into the corridor and into our room. We are non-smokers, so that was quite annoying to be honest. We don’t enjoy that part. Around the pool; the staff member didn’t say or do anything about it although the pool rule sign on the wall clearly says no smoking on it

I had to cancel my stay after 1 night, though I booked for 5 nights. No refunds. Old and poorly maintained hotel. Bad smell in the bathroom and disgusting state of shower cabin.. Scratched stained furniture. Small room, low ceiling, insects, no balcony. Thin walls could hear neighbors. Don't let the good reviews fool you, they're overinflated.

The hotel was great, very clean and the pool was great They wanted to change 100baht a night for each extra pillow (so we went to the supercheap across the street) Also the laundry machines (Toki) behind the hotel are owned by the hotel and they were horrible.

The facility is quite old. It has be painted with flashy colors though, but that does not do the trick. I was given a first room that was too smelly for me to stay. I was kindly changed to a second room 4 floors up, but it was still a bit smelly. There was a maintenance issue at the time of my visit.

Pool ladders were old and very narrow. A bit of a challenge for older customers.

New furnitures with modern design. Very comfortable and clean. Has balcony. Very good value for money. A little bit far from sea, but still in walking distance.

I was very impressed with the good value offered. The room was nice and spacious and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was convenient. Walkable to anywhere, but away from the noise. Nice pool. Aces! There could have been a more extensive room service menu, but there's always Grab, and the staff at Verticolor is happy to accept your order and keep it at the desk.
