They gave water bottles. There were so many bugs, the linens were stained, the shower was dirty.

There’s a tiny shack/restaurant that is right at the side of the building. Every second night they blast music so loud that the bass will rattle your pillow until 2am. Even though I complained many times, the staff didn’t want to continue to help. I would suggest ear plugs if you sleep here.

it is very central which is why we booked here, but our room was she size of a shoe box and rather expensive for what we got The room was so small, there’s about a ruler’s size space around the bed and then a cupboard to the one size- so your squashed in.

Great room, I enjoyed my stay! The room is decent, a bit on the small size, but it had everything I needed. Bathroom is decent as well. Great service and friendly staff. Definitely the cleaning part! I'm not sure if the housekeeping is capable of doing their job. They always 'forgot' to clean the mirrors, glass doors and hidden parts like shower draining. They even forgot to clean my toilet from time to time. They do clean the floor, but it usually turned out more dirty than before the cleaning. They might consider to use clean water with soap each time, because that's what I did after they cleaned it. Common areas were also quite dirty, starting with the glass doors at the entrance, the floor and stairs in the hallway. There was a sign to take off the shoes at the entrance, but I ignored this due to the greasy floors and stairs. Garbage was collected from the rooms each morning, but these leaked fluids sometimes and this was left behind on the floor. Dirty aircon, was never properly serviced, so the inside was full of dust and mold. That's not good for the air quality and means you breath in lots of bacteria. Luckily they did sent a service guy to clean my aircon properly after my request. Busy and dangerous street to cross to the restaurant. A few speedbumps would help to slow down traffic.

Very close to town Suboptimal cleaning. Many spots are overlooked. The toilet wasn't cleaned every time. They could improve their floor cleaning skills as they leave soap residue behind on the floor and they clearly don't rinse the mop very often. The shower wasn't very strong and the drain was on the higher end of the slope in the floor which caused a big puddle of water every time I took a shower.

housekeeper are so loud in the morning . I stayed at second floor and they’re so loud and that’s made me woke up. so annoyed. tbh they’re not even friendly or smile. every annoying and disappointed.

Good location, comfy bed, lots of space and storage. Plenty of tea and coffee and bottled water which was a nice addition. Our room had no natural light so it was quite dark. There was a window that didn’t shut in the bathroom and there were people talking by it all night and since it was right by the road, the cars made lots of noise, so it was pretty loud. (but I’m sure if the window did shut the noise wouldn’t be bad)
