Clean and the staff is great!

Some Ari conditionings weren’t working well. The room that I booked wasn’t ready and I was placed in a different room for the night and then had to move.

the bed room and toilet is cleanliness although the design a bit old fashion.

Clean and speacious (but I tool a 3 bed rooms by my-self). The stuff is nice but not present in the evening. There is a complementary corner for snacks very welcoming. The manager is willing to help with whatever you need, scooter, escurtions and restaurants The only thing is maybe that I thought It was closer to the bars, beach and restos but it is a bit far. The beach to go is at 20 minutes walking away and I didn't like the closest part to the hotel, walking there in the night made me a bit uncomfortable but not their fault.

- Good Location - The owner is very friendly but the staff that work for her when she is not there, will make her business go bad really easy - When we arrived the bedroom was good, but the bathroom was dirty with a lot of mold everywhere and special in the plastic curtain (that looks disgusting and need to be replaced asap) - Second day we put the sign on the door for the room to be cleaned, apparently they just made the bed and didn’t change anything else (towels and bath rug), when we arrived in the afternoon and noticed that, we asked politely to have new towels and one of the staff said that we need to wait until the next day because we didn’t put on the floor. Nobody said about that information, but we had a wet bath rug “on the floor” and was still not change. - Third day, we were hanging out in the lobby, and we saw people complaining to the same staff about problems in the hotel and she was speaking not politely with all them. The same staff came to me and my boyfriend reminding us that the check out was at 12:00, but we still had another day. So we need to politely ask her to check about the days, and she relaxed after that mistake. Look like that they want people to go and leave as fast as they can, without taking care of them. - I would love to talk about all that with the owner, but never had opportunity. OBS: Just be careful renting a motorcycle shop directly across the hotel. We had problems with them and the police needed to be involved to resolve our problem.

I stayed 3 nights in november - low season - I didnt see any other guest. The staff is very friendly and it was easy to book activities, taxis, ferries direct from the hotel with pick-up. The location is great, just 2 blocks from Chaweng main beach entrance. It's a bit far from the bars and nightlife, around 15 min walking, but it's good because it's quiet. The room is quite simple but has a fridge, A/C. Bed was a bit hard but i had no issues. The wifi is excellent. I could finally get some work done. They offer hot water (for tea/coffee) and banana all day for free. They didnt clean my room even once. Didnt provided water either (only 2 bottles when i arrived). The shower doesnt have a door or curtain, so the floor gets all wet. Plus the shower head wont stay in place, although it did have good pressure and temperature.

To all of those who go to Koh Samui at some point! The hotel owner at Queen Boutique Hotel really saved me! On the end of my holiday, I lost my Mastercard, and I had no cash left ?? So I kind of got "the whole Samui experience" ? Luckily I was saved by a kind woman, and brought to the Queen Boutique Hotel near Chaweng beach ❤️? The wonderful owner (also a woman, the one on the picture) went out and bought dinner and drinks, and she helped me book an extra room as an alternative way to get cash❤️ The service they provided at Queen Boutique Hotel was outstanding! ? The talk I had with her on the way to the airport was so wholesome, and I learned that she herself has had a life, that shaped her into a very tough, but kind, lovely woman, with a sharp mind in problematic circumstances. I definitely recommend Queen Boutique Hotel at Koh Samui for the hospitality and service! ?❤️? The aircondition was dripping on the floor, and the staff were happy that I mentioned it to them ?

The Hotel itself is conveniently located with restaurants, the beach, and markets nearby. The room was very small and basic suitable for a weekend away, not if you’re wanting to unpack and get comfortable. My room had a large internal window looking into the hallway, any time the security light went off, which was often, I woken up by the light shining into my room. There was a curtain but unfortunately it did not stop the light. The sound proofing between the rooms is very poor and this actually caused conflict with a person in a neighbouring room the morning I checked out.

We had one night stay between travelling. Just wanted to have good sleep before travelling next island. There were all services nearby (restaurants, market, beach, Landry and whatever). Really helpful staff. Door lock, safety box could be more safety.

Every single thing about the location ? Staff members ❤️ it is actually the second time I booked to stay since my last stay tow years ago with them was such a pleasure and wonderful, ..I definitely would recommend Qween boutique hotel to my family and friends ❤️ ?

Spacious room, comfortable bed, great location in the quieter part of Chewang beach. Lots of nearby restos, spas, and convenience stores. There was a mild odor in the room. I have found the same in other nearby hotels so am unsure if it's a/c, musty, pipes, or what exactly. Maybe I just have a sensitive sense of smell.

Good for a night No in the best areas unless you are looking for party and still you have to walk like 15 min and old
