I didn't like - I JUST LOVED EVERYTHING! We visited to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary and my birthday. I was blown away with the surprises that awaited. Cake, balloons more cake more balloons and the flowers too- LOVE! . Our room was always full of surprises. Blown away with what you offered all inclusive in the room. The coffee, the surprise of the day and the drinks in our mini fridge. WOW! YOUR STAFF. They are wonderful. They go above and beyond, they work so hard- always a smile on their face. I particularly want to mention "M" at check in. Your "Thai prince " (best way I can describe him - he definitely is the face of Centara) ensured we had the most epic stay. A Beautiful soul. Our massages were beyond incredible. Oil and Alice were great. Pui at breakfast was always ensuring we were looked after - she was so welcoming. In fact all your staff are a credit to you.- Unfortunately, I cannot remember everyone's names but I want to commend each and every one that looked after us on our stay as well as the hardworking staff at the pool who were always available with water (and we never had to ask for a refill!- amazing) and then taking orders for food and cocktails promptly . Your staff is a credit to CENTARA RESERVE make no mistake. We appreciate all their hard work. Then of course the beach, the location, the food in your restaurants, the breakfast OMG THE FOOD WOW! - I could go on and on and on and on. The property is super clean. The beds are super comfortable. The pools, the beach everything 110% When I return and I will return frequently please ensure I am booked in room 610. Amazing! Until our next trip - GOD BLESS.

Breakfast has a wide range of options all good quality. Beach access is excellent and pool areas very nice. The hotel was apparently 80% full but still easy to get a sun lounger in the afternoon and this has to be attributed to the hard working pool side team. Food and drink service around the pool is excellent as the quality of the food. Gym fantastic. breakfast is a lovely setting with inside and outside options however, it is a bit disjointed egg station and other hot food completely different ends of the huge breakfast areas. Eggs are ordered and delivered to your table...but the rest of your breakfast you get yourself so difficult to time. There are options that can be ordered from a menu which works well. My biggest disappointment was the room. We had a pool access room which was very pleasant looking, a good first impression but the shower had black mould in the floor vents and at low level on the walls, the lighting was over complicated and our air con didn't work( an engineer was sent immediately to fix it but it only seemed to work on a low level and was inferior to the hotel we had just left which cost a fifth of the price). My biggest disappointment was the layout of the room whilst there was plenty of space it was poorly utilised. There was only one wash basin and this area was the only place to dry your hair /apply make up. The wardrobe was directly behind the was basin so a space just over 1m sq was used for wash hand basin, hair , make up and accessing your clothes.

Nice staff, clean and big room, the house keeping cleaned our room twice a day, the staff at the pool preparing your sits with a towels before you come and always give you free water. Small thing: we orders food from outside the hotel and we weren’t able to eat it in the hotel public places, just in our room.
