Helpful and quaint staff, amazing private and public baths of both Kin and Gin, easy to reserve the private bath, cute pajamas, free ice water outside of the public bath, rooms are small but just fine. This is not a huge issue, but the walls are a little thin between rooms. Bring earplugs if you’re a light sleeper!

The hotel has public and private onsen in-house. Although the staff does not know much english, but they are nice and very eager to help. the hotel located at mid level and might not be situable for some people.
