The rooms were good, they had shuttle, carrom, etc for kids but they need work room cleanliness. Cleanliness should be improved, Blankets were charged only after we informed,staff should be pro active,for each and every thing we asked like water , flask, towel ,soap etc

Floor to be cleaned ,when my toddler started playing I found more dirty material sticking into their foot .It's ridiculous they must clean the floor in every regular intervals. it seems they never cleaned .

1.Bedsheets and pillow covers was not changed. 2.both bathroom and main doors were broken 3.Rooms are not properly cleaned like used alcohol bottles were not removed in our room we stayed. 4.drinking water was not provided.

I had booked a double deluxe room and am pretty much sure, they put me in an inferior one. The property is a heritage one. Rooms are extremely shabby, even one window of my room on ground floor didn't have curtains. The bed linen was not fresh and they didn't change it even after my request. We had booked 2 rooms, both had smells coming from the toilet. Entire property lacks maintenance. Breakfast spread is limited to 3 south indian dishes only and they don't eevn serve breads or omelette. Service is slow. Overall very bad experience and it's not worth spending money on this property.

The atmosphere was good. Location is good. Breakfast was very ordinary. No room service. No intercom system. No wifi. Bathroom sinks were broken and water leaking in the taps.

Breakfast was talking kay. The boy Kaliappa was hardworking and Nelson was helpful. The rooms were not maintained. I needed to buy a new shower ? head and jet spray for the toilet. The shower and toilet should be functioning, guests shouldn't have to pay for them. Most of the channels on the TV were Tamil, very few English and Sports channels were functioning.
