Location and ambiance Water heater capacity is not enough. Dinner was not worth the money and it was tasteless. Breakfast was good but service was very bad and we had to request staff to refill and crockery were in shortage. Waiting time for refill was long.

the resort was asthetically good - breakfast buffet was below average for the amount paid...both days had idly and dose...people who ate first had poha people who came later had upma as option - dinner buffet was also bad...did not have chicken/mutton curry...only one chicken starter...desert was basic kheer...pulka was soo hard...absolutely not worth it - since we din not like dinner buffet we tried a la cart the next day for dinner...surprisingly the same buffet menu was handed over for ordering...only those many items were available.....the price was very very expensive (ex : egg curry with two boiled eggs costed 425rs....plain rice was 280rs) - considering the weather conditions they had not provided an umbrella also even for luxury cottage that we stayed in. - after cleaning the room...they had not replaced the almost empty toilet roll nor placed a spare roll for later use...whatever little was left they let it be...no hand towels were given...only one dental kit per room was provided - it was luxury cottage and we had a standing fan for use - it was a friends birthday and we requested if they can arrange for a bday cake for 12 o clock celebration which they clearly denied...upon which we asked if they can provide it the next day atleast and their staff said "Sorry, it is not possible at all" very bluntly. - everyday evening snack was a fixed menu with limited options...if you stay for 2-3 days with a bigger group you'll be forced to eat the same thing everyday.

Nothing Worst experience ever.! They made us wait at least 1 hr to checkin. As they said they didn't receive the payment even after we showed them the payment proof.

Since the property is quite old bathroom n commode looked little unclean.. may be because quite old bathroom fittings....they need to replace them with new ones to get a clean feel.. Also the restaurant doesn't serve alcohol.. quite strange. Menu options were quite limited.. tandoori continental dishes in the menu were not served... since there were no options to eat out as the resort was away from.the town, we had to live with the limited option.. Rest all was good ?

Landscape and outdoor views amazing. Nice cooling temperature. The toliet is clean but the WC is very small, put a nicer toilet shower certain or separate the shower with glass door.

The surrounding and the location was great but nothing beyond that was good by any means. Rooms were awful, service was really bad and the food was terrible.
