To like the property, we couldn't check the property. During check in the host refused check-in and told all rooms were booked.

The stay at the property was really good. Actually the property exceeded my expectations. The care taker Mr. Raja was really friendly and helpful, he used to take care of the smallest of the things. He just treated as a family member. the place is very calm, but very near to the lake, every morning we used to just walk to the lake and enjoy the morning serene beauty. every this was accessable from the property.

Nice room with quite a lot of space and a friendly manager who brought us chai in the morning and answered our questions. The wifi didn't work in our room which wasn't a problem for us, but check the signal if you need it and are staying there. The shower also didn't work which again wasn't a problem as we used the bucket but check if you need the shower too.

Enjoyed nearby green valley, boat riding and park. No proper food arrangements. Not even coffee/tea arrangements are proper. Water leakage in wash room flush and loose plug connections observed. Driver accomodation for one night should have been included.
